"BACK TO THE BAR!" Haldis said, jumping up. She coughed nervously. "Prison is stupid."

Arch the Angel "Nah, it's cool, I'll take yer word for it. To be honest though, everyone's been seeming like they could have masterminded this thing. Marshall's partner was obviously in something, too bad he didn't live long enough. All I could get was that he worked for someone in the bar area at the time." "If someone masterminded this thing, Jarred? Do you really think they would be staying in full view of everyone else?" Pen chuckled, "I'm sure they've taken what they wanted and left already. It's simple enough. As for the bar, over half the ship is in the rec center, tough crowd to narrow down."

And even if they left before hand, and left some lackeys, it still leaves the lackeys to deal with."

"Unless most of the lackeys have already been killed off." Pen straightened the dark fabric of her clothes. "Jarred, do you really think I'd be capable of something like this?" There was a signal from Jarred's palm pilot (beeping/talking/whatever the hell your thing does when someone's trying to contact you...assuming that they can contact you.) Syx was trying to get a hold of him using her standard communicator.

Arch the Angel Jarred held up a hand. "'ang on..." He grabbed his pilot, holding it out. "Sup?" "You realize no one has used that in like five hundred years?" Syx said after a moment. "Anyway, new development, we've got one of the Gov's camo spies with us, and it looks like your buddy-buddy with the person behind this thing. I'll be needing the details on Pendari, get to the prison when you can."

Jarred paused, the speakers sounding out the words with high-definition quality. He blinked a few times, looking back down at Syx. "Umm. Yeah. Thanks a lot." He glanced up at Pen. "Any truth to that?"

"Any truth to that?" Pendari stood her ground. "I was going to let you live. That can still be arranged."

Arix thought for a bit more. "Okay then, the bar it is." With no more hesitation, he was on his way.

"Jesus!" Jarred whipped his gun out, pointing it at Pen. He leaned back, spreading his legs so he was standing sideways, to offer less of a target. "You're serious? I figured she was just being spiteful or somethin, but... Jesus!" Jarred's aim was a bit shaky as he held the gun out, his computer in the other hand, held closer to his face. "The hell are you doing it for?"

"I was bored one day and decided to kill innocent people." Pendari rolled her eyes. "honestly, Jarred, you make it sound like I have a choice. You know who and what I work for. The kore requires certain actions and responsibilities. To sum it up, this isn't a mere incident for amusement, this is very very important." The gun in his hand started to grow heavy, a few other items creaking as gravity was adjusted.

Jarred's muscles strained, veins bulging as he kept himself upright, holding the gun steady. He glanced to the sides of the hallway, then sighed, holstering his gun, lowering his PDA. He closed his eyes as he inhaled.... and the room was filled with a painful, blinding white light.
Jarred took the opportunity, saving himself the brunt of the light from having looked away and had his eyes closed, to grab Sean ((Or Eric, I don't remember which)) over his shoulders and run the way the little girl had gone, which happened to be the same way as the prison.

Burning Disaster Arix thought for a bit more. "Okay then, the bar it is." With no more hesitation, he was on his way. Haldis nodded and began following after him. "I don't like the prison." She added quietly to herself.

Pen's eyes closed shut when the light filled the area, but enough had gotten in to temporarily blind her. "JARRED!" She yelled after him, her hand feeling against a wall to keep herself steady.
