Shaon came in quietly, body weak and strained as she nearly fell over herself, her body quivering. "drus..." she whispered quietly, hoping she woudl understand what had happened. she normally looked this way after her meetings with Altair.

Sykn walked in after work, she had been out on the streets all day watching out for certain people, but she hadn't seen anyone. Along with that she was supposed to met with someone, but they had never shown up. She sighed as she noticed Shaon shaking in the middle of the open room. "What happened here?" She asked in a calm voice. It was part of being a detective, you always had to stay calm.

Shaon shook her head. "went to the outer brim to do buisness...it was cold." she lied easily, sitting down and waiting for Drus. she felt terrible and violated and just wanted to talk to Drus about what she'd learned.

Sykn tilted her head out of concern, but left her be. If she didn't ant help then Sykn wouldn't help. "Okie dokie then, whatever you say." She replied with a smile as she picked up Draco, who had appeared at her feet.

Sykn jumped as her phone started to ring in her back packet. That thing always caught her off guard, she looked at the screen, it was a text. She was told there was a small fight going on down town. She was getting her first chance to actually break up the fight and arrest some guys. It was rather exciting, but she had no idea how bad the fight was.

Shaon blinked. a phone? she couldn;t hear it, mostly because it was a text, she wondered if Skyn had found anything. but she felt to terrible to dwell on it.

Drus walked in waring a skin tight one piece jumper covered in grece and her flaming hair tied back. She noticed Shaon was here and looked at her. "What's going on my friend?" She asked "Oh And Sykn your camera is ready in the workshop if you what it back." She said to her.

Shaon fel tears forming in her eyes and walked up to rus. "i just met with altair..." she hoped that explained the rest of it, she didn;t want to go into detail. "the next meeting with our contacts is in three days, outer brim. i need to kil one of them, altair's been unsure about him and wants him dead..." he voice was as quiet as posssible, tears making it crack and sometimes waver.

This is what Drus hated about gang life. She looked down at the floor. "I'll do it, No blood, no mess. It will be quick clean and silent." She said almost emotionlessly. Drus had seen way to much in her short twenty years of life, She and her sister.

Shaon sniffed. "they'll be looking for me Drus..." she said softly. "i don;t want to put you out there to search for them. they won;t come out unless i come alone."

Drus sighed. She didn't like being douted. "And who says they will see me, you know me. I can blend into the shadows when it's nessery. I would have gone after Altair if there wouldn't be half a dosen other's that would be a million times worse than him. That and he likes Ivy alittle much." She said waving it off.

She nodded. "Thanks Drus," she said meekly, feelign disgusting. "sorry for doubting you...meetings with altair mess with my head." she looked to her only friend with a look of gratitude and nodded to her.

Drus finally broke down and showed alittle bit of emotion. She walked over and put her hand on Shaon's shoulder. "Anything for you, you know your like another sister to me. Tell me, he forced you didn't he?" She said more than asked. She had come across men like Altair before, she had been used by men like Altair before, Drus had promised herself never again.

shaon nodded meekly. "he made it liek a question...but i don;t think i would have been able to say no. i had no choice..." she took comfort at Drus' touch. "i didn;t know what else to do. i coudln;t say no...it wasn;t an option..."

Drus pursed her lips. "I would have said no, he can't afford to replace you. You lead to me and my sister. But I can see why you felt traped, he can ve very convinsing. He and all like him are discusting and should be erattacted like a worm virise." She said. Her words where cold but her actions where kind. She invited her to sit and started to look around for something worm for her to drink.
