Looking away from the two, she nodded, leaving Talon behind and following Tanshin. "Well...Reki was a fair bit different than the rest. Don't believe anything that Talon says." She said silently.

Tanshin didn't say anything. he didn't feel like talking now because he knew rein wasn't telling him somthing. he didn't expect her to because it was her life. but he hated not knowing things.

Tanshin walked through the entrance. a message from the Haibane renmai was on the wall. Tanshin.you will be moved from old home to the factory on the other side of town. the communicator will acomany you. you will be moved by the end of the week"i thought you said not to listen to him."tanshin said and turned to rein

Turning back to look at Tanshin, she paused, thinking for a moment.....
"Sure." She said for a definite yes. "Though.....I don't know what you'd want help for."

Heading back to her own room, she picked up a book. The diary of Reki. 'Today I found an egg! I found it! I can't wait to help it grow. Maybe when it grows up it'll love me, and no one else!'
Reading, she laughed silently. Underneath it was a new entry. "I found an egg just like you did. But it took a while to hatch. By the time it did, I wasn't even there. The new Haibane doesn't even know that I found him. Doesn't matter though. You were lucky. Your egg grew up and saved you. Mine can't save me because it isn't mine anymore. I'll probably stay like this forever....I'm running out of elixer too. I-" Shutting the book with a snap, she set it down and put a hand to her forehead, hiding her face.......Getting up, she walked to a painting of Reki, and grabbed a handle. Opening the door the painting was on, she entered into darkness, and shut it behind her, surrounded by the disturbia of Reki's past.

Tanshin lay down on his new old bed. it wouldn't be his for much longer." i wonder if i get a job on this side of town if they will let me come over to it......it's worth a shot but i'll have to do it fast. i've got one week starting tomarrow."

Coming down a while later, Rein entered the kitchen lazily. She had just finished tending to her charcoal wings. The elixir really WAS running low....She needed to find out how to get more...But she didn't know if going in the woods was the best idea.

Looking around, Rein gave a puzzled demeanor. Where was everyone? Seeing a feather run past she called it over with an empty smile. "Do you know where the rest went?" She asked it, kneeling down with a gleam. Nodding vigorously the feather pointed out the window. "Ah...To the towns....Thank you." Patting it on the head she sighed.
