Vex smiled and looked down at the now smaller Chimchar, nodding. "Yup. I evolved!" He said cheerfully.
"k so..." The little Riolu started as he found a story that looked interesting. "once upon a teim, there wus this stantler ." He looked around the room as the people gathered, intent on hearing a story. It made him a little nervous since reading wasn't his strong point. He didn't want to mess up. "an uh.. da stantler had this red nose. all the othur stantlers were like 'lol. you have a red nose. you suck' and da stantler was sad. his name wus robert by tha way ." Okay, so he got the name wrong. Not like he knew. "ANYWAYS turns out his red nose could shoot LASAR BEAMS! And leik, then the other stantlerz were skared of him." He was really getting into this. He was only reading a few lines from the story now and making the rest up. "AT LEAST UNTIL A GIANT GYARADOS SHOWEDED UP OUTTA KNOWHERES AND STARTED RIPPING UP SANTAS WORKSHOP. HE WAS LIKE "RAAAAAAAR!" AND ALL THE OTHER STANTLER WERE LIKE 'OHNOES!'" Yes. He was making sound effects now. "And Santa looked at robert and said 'OH GOD ROBERT YA NEED TO CHARGE UR LASARS.' so then robert was liek 'IMA CHARGIN MAH LASARS' and the gyarados was like 'taco wut?' and then robert said 'IMA FIRIN' MAH LASARS!' and he fired his lasars and maeded the gyarados go bai bai and saveded christmas n' stuff. so ya, he wus a hero. tha end." He looked up from the book as he said that and smiled at his audience, hoping they were captivated enough by his story.
"Maybe Santa will bring you some clothes. And if you're lucky, he'll give you some mistletoe underwear." Riyo said half jokingly and giggled.
Fate's eyes widened as she saw the other persian walking towards her. What should she do? Should she just stand there? Should she run away? Should she talk to him? Ohhh not knowing what to do made her more nervous by the second. She looked around, seeing if there was something to hide behind. There wasn't. So instead, she sat there nervously, eyes looking like a cow staring at an oncoming train.

"Oh cool! I can't wait till I evolve... then maybe I'll be as tall as you again!" he grinned before turning towards the red Riolu to listen in on the story.
Having hadn't really heard too many stories as of yet, he really couldn't tell any differences as to what was correct or whatever when it came to this one. And for all he cared, it was a really cool story. And for one thing, he wanted to be able to fire laser beams.
"Awesome!"
Fou Gai, on the other hand just sort of blinked and nodded slowly. He thought it was interesting but it wasn't quite as entralling to him as it was to his more energetic teammate.
"Mistletoe underwear..?" repeated Blade with a quirked up eyebrow before chuckling softly, "That'd be.. interesting. But it'd be nice if I could get something to wear before I get out of here..."

(( :twitches and chuckles slightly as he perversion seeps through slightly: Mistletoe underwear... xD))
"Need some help?" Blue asked as he waddled up to pan who seemed to be struggling to get up to the book. "I'll give you a boost if you need it." He said with a smile as Squeeky adventured off on her own coming up to the refrigerator. She pulled and pulled before finally getting it open. As she looked she came across what looked like juicy apples and oranges. Drooling slightly she shook her head before climbing in and having the door close on her with the lights turning off. She squeaked and struggled, but couldn't seemed to get the door open. "Blue~!" She yelled in her squeaky like voice.
Aeris's eye twitched at the story slightly. It was obvious the two pokemon beliefs in what was cool and what wasn't was obvious. But this story was absolutely not what he was expecting. Rather then saying something bad though, he didn't say anything at all and bounded over to his trainer and climbed onto his shoulder.
Lukan laughed and clapped his hands together. "What a wonderful story. You're very good story teller you know?" Scratching his meowth behind the ear for a moment he got up and stretched. "Well, I'm going to go get some fresh air real quick." At that Aeris jumped down and curled up on an arm rest of a near by chair which made Lukan laugh again to himself.
Mean while, Aquarius was still lazing it up on the book case. If you looked close enough you could even see a snot bubble rise and fall as he breathed.

((ausa isn't the only one who is thinking dirty thoughts here BD))
Yuki, who had been keeping quite untill now, could only gape at the small pokemon who had told the story. He was quite sure that the story didn't go quite like that. However he kept his opinions to himself. It was christmas after all, and for something that people celebrated it was quite a nice holiday.
Kuro could smell the fear from this pokemon coming off in waves. He couldn't see why this pokemon could be so afraid. The only threat he could see what that huge black pokemon sitting in the corner. And she seemed quite capable of fighting off most of the smaller pokemons here. Mabye...it was himself she was afraid of?
" What is it that scares you so much?" Kuro asked her once he was near enough. "A pokemon such as yourself should have nothing to fear"
From outside the roof, one of the tiles had come lose and sent poke slippind down the roof. Grabbing onto a rogue string of lights she swung off the roof and ended up flying through the roof, shouting "SHOOOP DA HOOP!" and flying through another conviently placed roof and into the snow. Again.

Cyan found herself climbing onto the roof, with no other means avalable. Her pokemon where inside, and she didn't want to disrupt their fun. Even then. she didn't see how either of the would help. Once she finaly got up to the roof, she carefully picked up a string of lights and draped them around the chimney. Chuckling at the awkward story the little Riolu had told,hearing it through the chimney. " Well... It's cold out... but at least it's pretty, right?"
Jiro ended up riding on his teammates back the whole time. Trying to get a look out of the other pokemon. He decided the one who told the story was intresting enough, so he jumped off Chase and went over to greet the red Riolu. " Hey there! Awesome story, dude!"
Chase sighed and looked around from the chair he had maged to find. So many pokemon and people for that matter. He was never too keen on being socail. He found the ranting of the little red one annoying and pointless, but he said nothing.

Lukan Cringed as Poke hit the snow. "Uhh, you okie Poke?" Lukan asked concerned, but knew he was over reacting a little too much. Poke was a strong young woman who could easily shake some things off. Trotting over to her and held out his hand. "I give your performance a 9, but your landing a 3." He said with a chuckle.
"Enjoying the party?" Aeris asked peeking one of his slitted eyes at Chase with a kitty like smile. "That story... Was interesting I'd say."

The Riolu grinned happily as it seemed that everyone enjoyed his story. Some even seemed speechless! What a wonderful idea this was. He gave a smile to everyone who complimented him on his story. He then looked towards the pikachu who had just walked up to him. "y thank u" he replied.
Calamity raised a brow at the story and shook his head for a moment. Well. At least he wasn't jumping on other peoples backs, right?
Vex, on the other hand, had been thorougly amused by the story. His mind was still childish, so the ADD like story kept him on the edge of his seat. "Yaaay!" He yelled out and clapped his webbed hands.
"Because you're not taking my coat." Riyo said with a smirk and leaned back in her seat.
Fate seemed... A little dumbfounded by the question. What scares her so much? Well... "Everything.." She replied with a frown, her eyes turning to the floor. "I've been that way since I was little." Though, strangely, the question comforted her a little.

"Hehe I figured. But thank you for lending it to me for now. Which reminds me, I'm going to need to get myself a new coat too... At least Gouku couldn't do anything like melt my sword..."
Grinning before leaning back against the wall, Blade glanced around to see what the other trainers and pokemon were doing right now. For the most part it just seemed people were about and mingling and enjoying the cozy atmosphere.
"Sometimes I kinda envy them.." he said quietly to no one in particular.
Still smiling wildly from the story, the Chimchar bounced up onto his feet and beamed at Sir Lancelot.
"Can you tell us another one? Pleeeaaase?"

Kali (also known as Red around the shop) hurried in, rubbing her arms to try and keep the chill away as a black and white Vulpix followed in beside her. There was a puddle of water quickly forming around the special Pokemon, who had tromped right through the snow without caring. "OK, a little cold out! I now realize that!"
The Vulpix rolled her eyes before the food caught her attention and she walked over to the table, her paws resting on one of the legs before she looked back to her trainer, who rolled her eyes.
"OK, OK, I'm coming..." She sighed, edging around the other people and Pokemon present.

Puck had seemed to enjoy the story as well. Although it was a little weird, a story was a story after all "yes, another story would be great!" she said as well
sitting up in the snow, poke thankfuly grabbed the hand and helped hersle fup. "well, it seems I'll have to work on my landings a bit more" she grinned. "Though I think I just about got those lights fixed up..."
" There is nothing to fear, but fear itself" Kuro recided a phrase he had heard before. For a pain in the a** feline he sure could be knolwedgable at times, or perhaps this was just a result of his evolution.

Cyan called from the roof, " Only a few more stings are left! But I don't know where you had planed to put them." Her eyes traced around where the lights where up. The real question posed itself, " How are we gonna get 'em on?"
The young pikachu agreed with the others. " Yeah! Another! Another! Please? " He cheered. " Maybe... maybe.. more lazers?"

Suki lightly lifted her head from Peggy's lap after the story. 'Okay...going away now before my IQ drops another 20 points...' she thought as she slithered past Yuki without noticing him. Intentionally? She doesn't seem to show she knew he was there...
Peggy just sat there smiling, "Wow...sounds like my kind of story!" she said chuckling to Bless as she and her healing pokemon laughed together.
Kai grabbed all possible items he could before placing them onto the table. "Pan, can you find me a whisk and some cool whip?" he asked while sifting (SP?) the dry ingredients Pan poured into another bowl.

looking up, she could see cyan was already on the roof. "oh, thats easy!" she called back, signaling to ziggy who had the last batch of lights. she then threw them up to cyan, while poke jumped up and grabbed the railing, hoisting herself up onto the roof again
Yuki saw suki move past him, and tried to think of something to say, but the words didn't come. Though, she didn't say a thing to him..
"..wait, wait suki!" he called out to her
