Yukia slowly reached out her hand and shook Gerbo's hand. Obviously, she did not have any weapons with her. When she shook his hand a piece of candy feel out of her sleeves.
"Yukia! You know you're not supposed to have candy!" Santa said.
"I don't know how it got there." Yukia said innocently and put the candy in her mouth. "But however it got there, it does taste good!" She said happily.

Gerbo laughed out loud at the antics of the little elf girl.
"Oh the gnomes back at home would ever so love to have you around! Though I don't know how well you would be able to hold up to there constant pranks and horrible puns!"
Gerbo then remembered about the other gnome they said lived here.
"So tell me about this gnome that lives here. You said he got lost again?"

"Well, this other gnome is not too bright. Last I saw him was about a hour before the attack. He just went poof, right into thin air. That gnome is certainly weird." Yukia said. "Well, he's around here somewhere, probably. Unless he went to the bar again...which if he did we won't see him back until about 2 days before Christmas. Even then, he'll be dancing around drunk for another week if he did go to the bar." She sighed and shook her head. "He's....strange..."

"Well to stick up for my kind... we are all a little strange you know. Though from what you just said, sounds like he would fit in perfectly with my cousin and his crowd! Though I assure that that is not the norm..."
Gerbo then remembered exactly why he was here.
"Ah yes! The goblins! I totataly forgot about all of that! Now which way are the goblins! I have a little bit of a present here for them, in the shape of a lightning bolt, if you know what I mean!"

"Well, currently we know where the goblins aren't. We know they aren't in the storage room or in here. Also we know they aren't in the cafeteria. If they were in the cafeteria we'd hear Joe scream and all of us would be deaf. Well, they must be in one of the bedrooms or in the bedroom hallways or in the bathrooms." Yukia said.

"Alright! then to the bedrooms hallways! Then the bedrooms! I have a prediction that its going to rain toasted goblin to night! Who's with me!"
Gerbo screamed as he turned towards the group.

Santa said. "Go back to the main entrance and go to the door near the fallen Christmas tree. Those are the bedrooms." Santa turned to Yukia and bent down. "Good luck Yukia. Here is a gift to help you." He said then handed her a Santa Hat.
"What will this do, Santa?" Yukia said.
"You'll see, Yukia. Just be careful." Santa said. "Remember, we only about 3 weeks till Christmas! Good luck adventurers!"

"Then lets go!! I say we go to the left first! Thats always right!"
Gerbo said as he raced to the bedroom hallway entrance.
"Vincent, and fury, I need both of you to pull attacks off of me.. I won't survive long at all if you don't... and I really would rather not end up dying again, its such an uncomfortable feeling..."

"Eh! Wait for me!" Bellamin rushed forward. but before reaching Gerbo and the rest of them, he turned back to Santa. "What about you? Can you protect yourself 'case anything goes wrong?"

"I shall do my best to keep you alive Master Gerbo, although I'm no Defender. But if it falls within our meager ablilities, I and Dancing Sword will protect you." DC lets out a fearsome shriek, signifying his intent.

Santa chuckled "I can take care of myself. I think this hat has served me well enough before and will help me again today. I'll be fine, Bellamin. Go and help your friends. And Bellamin, sorry about that Christmas I just gave you coal. We had a mixup between your gifts and Gerbo's gifts. Gerbo was being a bad boy at that age and was supposed to be the one to get coal, but unfortunatelly you got it." Santa sighed. "Well, at least you're ok and don't hate me."
Yukia nodded. "Gerbo, I'll also help protect you." She said and her right hand glowed a bluish color. She waved her hand in the air in a small circle motion and it stopped glowing.
A rattle was heard from a room straight up ahead. The hallway was painted white with many doors, but the one door that was red had the rattling sounds coming from it.
