"Who exactly are you asking?" she said. A moment after an unbidden voice came to her.Refuse to show fear. They can feed on it if they wanted to. The only issue is figuring out if that's what they areShe quickly waved the voice away and stared the girl directly in the eyes with a gaze she knew must be chilling.

Nancta stared back with a look filled with evil. In a tone that put a glacier to shame, she replied, "I'm asking you. I've already formed an opinion on that." She looked to the dragon rider. The dark elf was by this time right in front of the pale female, but Nancta had her face covered again so that no skin or hair was showing. Only her white eyes glowed evilly through the thick fabric.
"Unless, of course, there's someone you'd like to tell me about? I'd love to meet them."

Corsa sighed loudly, slipping her foot into the stirrup of the saddle. She leapt up, landing soundlessly in the saddle. Corara lifted her head, silver wings spreading. "It was nice meeting you," she said in a sour tone as the dragon leapt into the air.

"Same to you!" Nancta shouted in the ice tone to the rising beast. Thank gods they're gone, she thought. She turned back to leave the way she came and then stiffened, remembering why she was here in the first place. She turned sullenly back to the other elf. "Any idea how to get to the nearest town from here?"

"Hmmm... Well now... What's your problem? All I did was ask you a question. Unless... Ah, well. I've other things to attend to... I'll be near by." And without another word se walked away, the bottom of her black dress blowing in the wind.

"That way!" she answered pointing in the vauge direction she knew was wrong. She wanted to be left alone for now. Not that wanting to be left alone ever gauranteed it. She walked away as quickly as she could getting pretty far actually.

Amethyst watched as the dwarf walked in the direction of the forest. He was a higher level than her... she was only a fighter. No matter; she was one of the best. she had been walking in the general direction of the of the tre she liked to sit under...
and found that she was going in the wrong direction and couldn't stoop. She dug in her heels to try to stop walking for the moment all she could see was fire. Not a raging fire but a calm campfire.
As quickly as it came the vision went and she was under her tree resting.
A nightmare?she thought but shook it off. By the position of the stars it was almost midnight. Had I really slept so long? she shook off the thought and went in search of where the dark elf and king had gotten to. She could careless, but the adventure they offered was to good to ignore.

Having nothing better to do, Nancta started to follow Shorin, or at least where she thought he had went. Then she looked back at the obviously agitated dwarf. "Hey! New guy! I might know the way to the city. I'm not sure though."

Listening closely, Amethyst heard th dark elf talking to the dwarf about the city. She knew she was headed in the right direction. She tried to keep a while away though. Hard to do when you can't really see them...

Then again, that other elf looked like she knew where she was going. Nancta could here the black gown swish its way toward the part of the forest that was forbidden... That was it! The forbidden part of the forest! That had to be where the cities were! So simple, yet so difficult. Feeling quite pleased with herself, Nancta started toward the most restricted part of the forest, the only part she didn't know.
