Randal kept his pace slow to be sure to stay steady as another wave of fatigue washed over him. "Thank you than." he said

Kevin moved closer to Randy, using the mans obvious tiredness to make an excuse for it.

When they came to the door Kevin opened it for Randy.

Heading out into the halls Kevin took the stairs down to the lower level of the castle. "Perhaps we can have a small sparring session?" Kevin asked, smiling.

Randy grinned. "Sounds interesting." he said, happy to have the offer. It had been a long time since he had sparred with anything other than a dummy. "Shall we?" he said with a small bow, ushering Kevin towards the stairs and his own personal sparring room. "Now what were you interested in?"

Kevin followed after Randy, he shrugged. "I am not much of a fighter, as you can no doubt see, but am proficient in swordplay." He said smiling

Randal grinned even wider. "Finally!" he said excitedly and picked up his pace, eager to get in a good work out and happy he was capable of useing his other hand.

Kevin laughed softly. "I am not sure I'll give yo uthe workout your requesting, but I will certainly try." He glanced around, having never gone so far into the castle. He'd knew only what he needed to to get around and not get lost.

Randal unlocked the door and dropped the keys on a table automatically by the door. "Either way I have not had a remotly good workout in quiet awhile." he said happily
