MizuruTakagi Palsa-San MizuruTakagi Palsa-San MizuruTakagi ooh cool! but what are all of the costumes for? Ar Tonelico is not only an RPG game, but a dating simulation game. Ar Tonelico has something in it called a "Cosmosphere" or "Soul Space". How the Cosmosphere works: 1. Choose a Reyvateil to dive into (no, it's nothing perverted, though it can get close at times). 2. After entering the Reyvateils Cosmosphere, you will encounter a portion of their soul. Different portions of their soul represent different parts of the Reyvateils emotions. For example: Aurica's Costume: SERAPH, is worn by her "Conscience and Modest" side, and resembles an angel. Aurica's Costume: LILIM, is worn by her "Passionate and Desiring" side, and resembles a devil. 3. What you have to do is help her emotion get through a certain problem while battling against a certain fear or another emotion that causes problems. After completing a Cosmosphere, it will give you a costume. Song Magic can also be made while your in the Cosmosphere. Both costumes and song magic are used in battles and are based on the events in the Cosmosphere. For more info, go to this [link] and scroll down to Diving and the Cosmosphere. Diving? Cosmosphere? REYVATEIL?! what are they? if you don't telling this confused human being Just read this [link], it will explain anything everything that you want to know. talk2hand LOL! funny icon! talk2hand talk2hand okay, ill read it when does the second game come out? It is unconfirmed whether it'll reach English-speaking shores or not. So far, as mentioned earlier, it's out in Japan and from what I've seen, it did rather well on it's entry.

Mmm... annoying. Got my copy of Ar Tonelico in the mail today that I ordered a while back ago. Only a slightly problem with it. They sent me the NTSC version. Could it be so that there IS no PAL version of it yet, which kinda makes sense to why only one store had it. -.-''
(However, the store page did NOT mention it was an NTSC version or anything, and since it was in my country and all, I expected it to obviously be PAL.)

Why don't they just make the blasted things in All Regine Code? All of my anime DVD's are in All Regine, why aren't games? I'm not sure what can be done where you live, but I've heard of Mod Chips for running foreign games on your PS2. I've also heard of alternatives to Mod Chips, but I've never used either of them.

Yeah, beats me. I heard there is a new PS2 coming soon as well. What is the difference from the current slim one? 1/4th less weight. Thats IT. And the game magazines here go like, "Its impressive.". They could made that one region free, then I would bought it at release day, hands down. And indeed, modchips is one way. Slight problem there only, that the slim version I have, is the hardest one to modchip. So its a major gamble letting someone do it (I cant possibly do it with my shaking hands). And an expensive long run. About $15 to do it in a store. And if it messes up, lost money + I need another ~$15-20 for a new PS2. I spent a bunch of money on trying these "alternate" methods, such as swapdisks and whatnot. The problem is, it seems on the version I have, they have removed that possibility. The methods used for those is to make the two "buttons" inside that registers if the lock is open or not to act as if it is always closed. Appearently that has NO effect on mine. (as I taped down the buttons rather than jamming them with a metal piece and possibly damage the thing). So, all I can do now, is either import an US PS2, which is way too expensive to do. Wait for an EU release statement that is reliable (seems some stores claim it comes Q1 2007 here, but thats debateable, some say Tales of Legendia also comes here by that date, which I _sincerly doubt_.). Or PS2 emulation to become a stable case. ;-;

And you were right on them. Goteborg is Göteborg here. I guess thats the trade. A beautiful country with bad community and bad games market. =P

That would be gloriously nice to have "all-region"... but then it would severely alter the markets they decided to utilize. Countries with videogames being published want to earn some money too (in their own way instead of splitting most of the costs evenly) so they would try to do what they can to do so. I have some "all-region" DVDs/anime too, but then it's not exactly legit. ^^; I've never used any modifications on my system.. but would like to obtain on (only for my older sister's sake).
