Kenji watched her with one eye as she said her goodnight and actually thanked him. That was new... Someone actually thanking him, she was definitely a strange one, especially to crack even a tiny smile from him. He nodded to her and closed his own eyes, lowering his wings feeling the storm die down a little. "Good night, Oracle." He mumbled going to sleep.
The early morning sun took on its daily routine, shining small rays of light onto the two sleeping sitara , the warmth hitting them first as they were higher than most of the land. It had a golden glow, reflecting from the mysterious markings of them both, hopefully awakening them.

She awake to the brightness of a new day, the sun shining against her eyelides as it seemed to burn. She tilted her head away from the rays and slowly stretched out before getting up. She yawned as quietly made her way out of the cave, not leave but to take care of her buisness and perhaps to bring some berries back for the both of them.

Kenji awoke, feeling the light in his eyes, cyan orbs soon revealed under lazy eyelids as he began to glance around feeling like there was something missing. He stood, stretching his long limbs out, his wings too, realizing what wasn't there that was before. "Hm... She must of gone... To do something, or left." He shrugged, a little curious but it wasn't as if she had vanished off the face of the earth, to be honest he had already become accustomed to the company she had provided.
His large paws trotted him to the entrance of the cave, sitting he licked the scales that ran along his leg waiting for her return, there really wasn't much he could really be bothered doing till then.

When she finshed, she scouted out the area the best she could, gathering as many different kinda of berries that grew around those parts. I hope he didn't think i ran off. Grabbing a larger leaf she stocked the berries the best she could before she flew a couple feet back to the enterance of the cave. It a bit of a rough landing, but it was better than trying to climb the rocks by herself.
She took a moment to catch her breath before picking up the makeshift bag that held breakfast, and headed inside.

Kenji's attention turned to Oracle as she plodded through the cave with a bag of berries, his eyebrow narrowed at the landing she had made, but smirked and stood walking back in after her. "I'm surprised you hadn't run..." He nodded to her. "But i see you were just grabbing breakfast." His hawk like eyes narrowed to a cooing that sounded from outside the cave from a raven, he sighed and then looked back at her wondering how she had managed to fly up here with her sight without being entangled with the out stretched bushes or the rugged boulders.

"I wasn't sure what you liked so I just grabbed a little bit of everything.." She dropped the large bag like leaf in front of him and nudged it open. Shaking off a bits of a leaves she had stuck in her fur she smiled slightly wrapping her tail around her front paws. "It was a bit difficult, but when you head for lightest spots your bound to find your way."

He gave her a blank stare before smirking lightly, shaking his head in utter disbelief and letting out a small chuckle. "Well I gotta give you credit for going to all that effort.." He gave a small bewildered smile, splitting the amount in half and shifting it over to her. "There you go.. I wouldn't take it all." He stated watching her white orbs shine more brightly in the suns presence before squashing them under his paw and bringing it up to his mouth, liking the juice and the excess fruit layers from sharp claws with a forked tongue.

Oracle smiled slightly and took a couple bites from her half of berries. "It was the least I could do. After all you did do the same for me." She nodded her head a bit to add more effect to her speech. She heard the slerping across from her and tilted her head to the side slightly. "What's that your doing?"

Kenji nodded at her words in truth before she had asked what he was doing. He stared down at his juice covered paw and blinked. "Well... I like to drink the juice extracts without the outer layer of the fruit... I'm just picky that way." He stated looking her way. "Haven't you ever been picky about doing something a certain way... or it just doesn't feel right?

She nodded slightly. "Yes, though i think just about everyone has at least one." hmm that's sounds pretty good.. She glanced up a moment before she took her paw and started smushing the rest of berries, sometimes hitting them and others not. The scent of fresh berries filled her nostrils and she blushed slightly bending down to lick up the juices that were left behind.

Kenji watched and broke a laugh curious to see what she thought of the strange way he had picked up on his travels. "What do you think..?" 'Well that just came out of the blue.. true everyone has a flaw, just depends on what it is... whether picky or not...' His eyes still watched her as the juice had leaked into a small puddle on the cave floor, making it smell quite nice. He licked the rest of the juices from the paw, enlightening his spirits as it always had.

She continued licking the rest of the juices from the small puddle that gathed at her paws. Then looked up at his shadow with a smile. "It's really nice. Especially when your thirsty." She licked her paws clean of the juice then headed outside to feel the warmth of the sun against her fur. It was beautiful out, and exploring sounded like the best option to a day like this. "Did you want to go exploring?"

Kenji watched her head into the light, when he nodded following her out and gazing at the morning sun, slightly grimacing. "sounds like a good idea... Do you want me to give you a lift down on my back...?" He asked turning his attention to the long way down the cliffs edge before looking back at her. 'She had already made one journey down and when she came back she seemed tired out and panting, it might of been too much...' He tilted his head in offer and at the thought.

Her eyes flickered with a hint a dark blue as her eyes found his, though she couldn't really see them, she knew where to look. His thoughtfulness touched her, but she was never one to except help if she do fine by herself. "Thanks, but I think i can handle it. Besides I don't like relying on others for help, it makes me seem weak." She spread her wings getting reading to take off, then remembered she wasn't sure where she was headed. "Where did you wanna go?"

Kenji nodded to her being revealed by light more than usual, he knew where she was coming from. Kenji peered out over the vast area and then his eyes took particular interest on one spot. "why not the sea...?" He spread his overly large wings as he took to the edge, jumping from it and gliding his way down as she hadn't wanted any help, he was sure she'd make it alright. 'the ocean... Haven't been there in so long'
