"personally I would only make a close ranged attack if my body is capable of moving to superhuman speed, and great attck power but if my body lacks that capability I would perfer long ranged attacks, like this one Lightning release- Lightning arrow" cloud generates his lightning element into arrow based weapon at his finger tips as he fires it at a target from a few yars away.
