Vitus tilted his head as the other wolf darted off into the trees. He hadn't expected that, why couldn't she have just answered the questions. Part of him wanted to run off and find out, but he had to stay with Ieshia. "You thunk shu's actully yo-" he paused as Ieshia almost colasped on the ground. Now was not the time for talking about things. With one last glance at the trees he moved closer to Ieshia, giving her a lick on the forehead. He looked over her, the worst wound worring him. His nose wrinkled, the blood...There was so much of it. Whatever was making him ill was nothing compared to Ieshia's wounds. Gently he began to lick the worst wound, hoping it would help, even in the slightest way.

Ieshia winced as he did his best to help her. The wound stung like crazy. She was too tired to protest, though. She tried to tilt her head and give him a reasuring smile, "I-I'm ok...I think I'm just going to...rest here a while though..." She let out a breath through her nose, laying her head down upon one paw.

"Guud. You rust." he smiled. He'd keep watch and make sure her...Sister didn't come back. Ieshia was hurt and he wasn't sure if he could protect her if the other wolf came back. He had never fought anyone in his life until this day. He continued to lick at Ieshia's would, cleaning off as much blood as he could. As he cleaned her wound he wished that he had a song to hum to her, even though he didn't have the best musical voice. Infact he had sung a song once and his siblings had though that he was dying. He's hold off on any songs for now.

The cold shutters running through her body slowed as she did her best to relax. She had never been this hurt before...not that she could remember, anyway. It made her feel so tired. Even if Vitus wasn't humming...and was making her wound sting by cleaning it she was glad he was there...she wasn't sure what she would have done all alone. She let her eyes slide shut, feeling exhausted.

He gave a wag of his tail, the wound was looking much cleaning now. Or at lest he thought so. It was hard to tell with Ieshia's pelt being red and all. He nuzzled up against her with a smile, he hoped she'd be alright. "You sure you're alrugt?" he asked, his smile vanishing.

"Mmm...y-yeah...." Ieshia murmured, peeking open one eye briefly and giving a tiny, weak tail wag. Her wound did feel a little better now, but ooohhh how it ached. But she knew there wasnt' much she could do about it. She just had to wait, rest, and get back up. It'd heal...eventually.

A slight smile crept onto his maw. He glanced at Ieshia's wound once more, by the looks of it she was probably in pain. He stood up and sniffed around, making sure no one was near enough to them. The smell of blood could possibly attract others that would want to hurt them. Finding no other smells around he padded back over to Ieshia and sat down, giving his tail a swish.

Ieshia was tired, but not too much so do muddle over the strange wolf they had met. Sister? That made no sense...she didn't have any relatives...she would have remembered if she did...wouldn't she? She sighed, sensing Vitus wander off for a moment only to feel his presence return again.

His ears flickered as he lowered himself down, next to his friend. Letting out a yawn he glanced around the area once more. He couldn't help, but feel uneasy after that fight. He knew siblings fought at times...But not that much. What was the reason for that fight between Ieshia and the other wolf?

After a while of resting silently, Ieshia opened her eyes. Ears still flattened against her head, she tried to push herself up onto her paws. Standing shakily, she let out a relieved breath. Oh, how she ached. She swallowed a whine and glanced at Vitus, giving a small tail wag. She was quiet for a moment before speaking, "V-vitus...I think...we should go find Whisper and her pack..."

Vitus looked up at Ieshia, stoping himself from looking too fearful. A pack? His ears flickered, even if it was a pack that one of his other friends was in...It was still a scary though. He pushed himself up his green eyes darting to the ground. It was just a vist...He wouldn''t get in trouble for it, and Ieshia needed some help. "If you''re up tu it." he smiled weakly.

Ieshia gave a small dip of her maw, but she seemed to sense his fear. Feeling torn, she wasn't sure what to do. Though she had been fine without a pack, Whisper's had seemed so...so different. It had been such a warm place...with friends and caring wolves. Knowing she couldn't hide this longing from him she murmured, "But...ah...Vitus...couldn't we...couldn't we stay...? Once we...get there...?"

The lone wolf pressed his ears back against his skull. Stay? In a pack...He wouldn't mind leaving his cave for a place that was warmer and less...Wet. But the fact of being in a pack was almost unbearable. He lowered his head unsure of what to say. If his fear wasn't there he'd say yes right away, but there was a fear there and he wasn't sure what to do. Part of him wanted to say yes, but a part of him wanted to say no. "Wull..." he murmured. "Muybe...."

Ieshia's ear twitched to the side uncertainly. She wasn't going to push him...at least not now. She supposed they could worry about it when they go there. She just wished that she knew what his fear was of...perhaps then she could help. Turning her head back, reluctantly dropping the subject, she began to walk. It was rather slow and with a slight limp since she still hurt greatly on her flank, "Well...anyway...lets...lets get started...it's a little ways away."

The qwolf looked at her, he wanted to move, but something was holding him back. What if something happened, like what happened to his old pack. What if he was a curse. He swallowed hard and slowly padded forward, strugling with himself. No he had to go, Ieshia needed help and perhaps someone in the pack could do just that. "Arught..." he smiled, his legs moving more freely.
