Echo set her jaw. The boy would be Pride, she supposed. She vaguely remembered that his name started with and A. Well, he wasn't getting her; she'd kill him, first. She was getting tense, and had to consciously force herself to relax. Breathe in, Breathe out. Just another job.

Al could feel a slight pulse of pride coming from someone in the room, it was quick but he zeroed in on it. It was coming from a blond haired girl sitting down at a nearby desk. Her hair was unnaturally long for the time period which made Al alittle suspicious but he chose to ignore the girl. Afterall humans felt pride all the time.

She felt Pride's attention zero in on her for a second; this was exactly what she'd been afraid of. She tried to remember what his special ability was. Could he only inspire pride in others, or could he sense it as well? She wasn't used to dealing with Sins. This whole assignment was bizarre, since when had Sins even been a valid target? She'd wanted to take out Envy when she first got into Heaven, but she'd been turned down. This was insane. She couldn't be worrying like this on assignment. It wasn't professional, and more to the importantly it was dangerous to divide her attention like this.

Sera opened her mouth to reply to the boy's confusement, but the bell rang and she panicked. Smiling apologetically, she gathered her things and ran towards her next class. Hopefully she could find him before the day was over, or at least before any of the sins reached him.
Now she sat at her desk, taking notes on the history of Earth. It had been a while since she died and she was interested in all of the things that had happened since she was gone. Mark still lingered on her mind however and it wasn't just the assignment that interested her. He personally intrigued her and made her smile at the thought of him. Not like the other guys that were presently staring at her now.

"Alright everyone, I'm giving you the period to write a one page essay in French on how you spent your summer vacation so I can see how much you remember. It will not be graded but I still hope that you will try your best," the teacher announced to the class after the bell had rung. A nervous smile crossed Mark's face as he took out his note book paper. As he looked around the classroom he already noticed Al writing without a care in the world. Idff anything the boy seemed alittle cocky but right now Mark didn't have timee to worry, he had to write his essay.

Near the end of class, Serafna had finished all of her bookwork and was now observing the classroom. Many students were still working on their assingments and she found it somewhat silly. They lived in this time period didn't they? They should know these things better than she did. Sighing, Serafina knew she couldn't blame them. They were only human after all.
"E-Excuse me? Could you help me with this question?" Serafina turned her head to see a boy with blond hair and green eyes standing next to her with a nervous smile and his worksheet. Smiling sweetly, Serafina nodded and turned, helping him.

Sarah sat in Comp, her head on the desk. Suddenly she felt something, a familiar.... She looked up, and noticed.. Pride? She blinked several times. What were the chances of that? She groaned and put her head back on the desk with a thump. Out of all the other sins, Pride was her least favorite. The world constantly had to revolve around him. All megawatt smiles and smart remarks. As though life, or death, wasn't pointless enough.
Echo made a note of where Pride and the other Sin had their next classes; it would be handy to know their schedules. Then she went to her own class: History of Earth, whatever that meant. She walked in, and-Ah. That would be the beauty, then. She was pretty, but more importantly, she looked like an honestly nice person. It wasn't safe to sit next to her, though. Every single guy in the class was looking at the girl as though she was some sort of... Buffet. Echo shuddered, quickly took an empty seat, and passed the period silently doing her work.

Sera lifted her head as she noticed a new girl walk into the classroom. She seemed nice enough and for once, didn't looked like a girl that didn't want to murder her. sera gave the girl the slightest smile, before returning to the boy's work. She could faintly detect an abnormal aura around the girl, and her appearence also gave her away, but Sera couldn't be sure until she asked.

As the bell rang, Al handed in his extensively long essay, and delighted in the shocked look on the teacher's face. As he walked through the halls it would seem that he did not share his next class with Either his charge or Lust, as they had taken off in different directions. As he walked into comp, he immediately noticed a girl with a disappointed look on her face and decided to sit down next to he, knowing he always looked better by comparison, "So Sarah I see you're enjoying class."

Sarah lifted up her head and raised her eyebrows. "D'ya mind? I was asleep," she lied. Just as annoying as the last time she saw him, and just as good looking. Ho, hum. "What are you doing here, anyway?" she yawned.
Echo noticed the other girl smile at her and blinked. That was different, and not good. Why had she been noticed? She looked around the room and noticed belatedly that all the other girls were glaring daggers at the girl. Ah. She'd looked friendly. Suddenly she turned sharply back to the Beauty. She had a faintly Angelic trace of power about her; Echo couldn't believe she hadn't noticed it before. Great. What in Heaven was she going to do about her? Other Angels didn't tend to be very understanding of her assignments. The bell rang, and Echo winced.

"Same thing as You I guess, got a new assignment," he told her but noticed she wasn't paying attention to him... as usual, something he did not enjoy at all but he always knew how to grab her attention, "So you seen Ben around yet, you two make such a cute couple," he laughed, referring to her former partnership with gluttony.

"We broke it off," Sarah snapped, glaring at him, "Needless to say it wasn't exactly going anywhere." Oh, and there he went again, pushing her buttons, just to get her attention, she was sure. Pointedly, she put her head back on the desk. "Try not to screw me up with your theatrics, will ya? It's hard to get anyone to be lazy with you and Sister Dearest (Lust) around."

"Aw, Mina's gonna be crushed when she finds out what you said," he smirked, knowing that Lust truly didn't care as none of them truly cared that much about the others. He was going to add more but he noticed some humans sitting nearby staring at him and decided it was best not to come off as an a** on his first day.

Sarah snorted derisively and started to doze off. Listening to the stupid class wasn't part of her job, and neither was watching the idiot flirt with every girl in the class. She smiled slightly, secure in the knowledge that the people in the desks next to her would feel the pointlessness of the world almost as acutely as she did by the end of the period.

As the teacher droned on about the basic rules that every student hears on the first day, Al noticed more and more students laying on their desks lazily. The teacher noticed this but tried to go on, but soon even he seemed to give up on the class, 'Leave it to sloth to make everything boring,' Pride thought then figured he'd might as well sleep to, not out his fellow sins affect, being immune, but because he felt like it.
