Sapphire sat up, stretching, her small ings poking out from under her hair and fluttering. She rubbed her face, and looking around, before increasing her bodyheat tenfold, burning off the grundge from the night. She stood and collected her stuff, tieing her cloak around her shoulders, leaving the hood down, and attached her coin purse, which held her diary, to her waist.

Loki heard faint movements from upstairs and smiled knowing Sapphire mustve woken up, he looked back into the fire and watched as his life played out in the flames

She walked down the stairs, "I hope that they dont find me too soon." she murmured to herself, returning the key to the counter as she headed to the door. "I still have to speak with the royals..."

Loki had been watching her out of the corner of his eyes, he turned to watch her leave, he quick glance soon became a stare as he was pulled into her astonishing features

She pulled up the hood of her crimson cloak and disappeared through the doorway, headed to the castle. "I hope there is someone there." she murmured, "I must speak with them."

He watched her disappear and quickly turned to look into the fire

((Sorry I haven't been able to get on a lot lately. I will post now, though!))
Catherine shook with a mixture of pain and rage, but stood up. She turned toward the way her father's killer had run. He had disappeared into the crowd and there was no way she could catch up with him now. She gripped her sword. The armor her father had costumised for her felt cold now. She would kill him. 'Consider it a promise,' she thought to him.

A running man bumped into Sapphire as she walked, spinning her around on the rain slicked ground,a dn she fell backwards onto her butt, "How rude." she mutteredas she stood adn dusted off, glaring after the man. "I swear.."

Loki stood and looked at the flame
... what was i doing ...
he looked at the door
... my parents, the castle ...
he was disgusted at himself for forgetting, he walked briskly to the door and out into the street, he looked up at the castle and breathed heavily
... They have to have anwsers for me ...

Catherine may have been in somewhat of a rage, but it did not stop her from thinking. Following the killer would be of little use now. She would have to find out who he was. She followed the direction her had gone in and saw a girl. "Excuse me, ma'am? Did you happen to see a man run this way a few moments ago?" she asked politly.

"Yes, he ran that way." Sapphire muttered, pointing in the direction the rude man had run. "He bumped into me...." she started walking toward the castle again, "Good luck on your hunt, knock him once for me"

Getting knocked around by the crowd, Loki knew he had no chance of making it to the castle like he was
... one last attempt then ...
He ran into an alley and dropped his jacket, fastening his belt and weapon, he pulled on the leather strap that held his wings to his body, his wings burst out unceremoniously, leaving white feathers in the air.He pulled the hood his mother had sewed on his shirt over his head to hide his face
... not like it'll do much good in the air ...
With a few seconds of stretching his wings he flew up out of the alleyway, the rain seemed to weigh him down much more then it used to and he was forced to land prematurely on a roof just a few over from the hotel, his hood flapped and threatened to fall down

She shook her head, "Sorry, but no..." before the girl could say more, she had disappeared into the ground. As she walked, she summoned as much energy as she could, pumping it into her small wings, making them grow beneath her cloak, before they spread, the same color as the cloak, so it seemed like the cloak itself had become her wings, and she took to the air, the rain making her crimson scales glimmer brightly.
