o.o When slots open, is the same person allowed to claim an item slot AND a scar slot for two different SoA? o-o Or is it only one slot per opening, as in, you can only get one item slot OR one scar slot?

You can claim more then one slot. xD But each slot needs to be claimed in a separate post.

Are proxies OK? *Is gonna have to get a proxy because Gaia hates her* I'll never be fast enough for a timed opening because new Gaia freezes for like 30 seconds on every page I go on, even the post page.

Proxies are fine, but only if you can't be here. You can't have like...someone trying for you and then still try yourself.
