Two large, black wings sprouted out of Ankaara's back. "How are we going, then? By air, or by ground?" She hovered, waiting for their decision.

"Honestly we should go by ground since this is a very thick forest, we could easily get knocked back on the ground." In a flash Josh sprinted toward the clearing he was going through

Lex shruged, "Fine." She tunred towards Shaydra and shifted into a sleek, fast running horse. "Can you run fast in such a state, or should I carry you?"

As josh began to saw sunlight he was attacked by fast purple figures, the shadogs. Josh quickly pulled out his sword and set it aflame to ward the shadogs off.

Sigilos sent a swift command with his mind to the Shadogs, watching Josh through their eyes. The Shadogs backed off, lopping back into the woods with hissing and screeching. The gold cursed inwardly at himself, he had been careless. He stretched forth his mind, locating each creature in the path of the group, and sending them scurrying away. The group would meet no more interference on their way out of the woods, just as the great one had commanded.

Ankaara transformed into a tall, lean green thing with a broken antennae, a striped black-and-purple dress. and huge dog legs. "Nah," She said,
"I think I'd rather run myself." She carried a large, gold, jewel-encrusted sword, that, despite its appearance, was very light. "Let's go." She ran into the forest, and said, waving her sword in the air: "I got me some revenge to bring!" She easily caught up to Josh.

Soon as Ankaara caught up with josh the shadog's were gone put one shadog tore up his right shoulder, leaving his clothes tattered and bloodstained.

Ankaara looked at Josh's shoulder. "Well, well, well. Got a little too close to the Shadogs, yeh?" Ankaara said, jokingly. "But don't get in a huff about this, for this can be easily..." Ankaara put her clawed hand over the wound, and whispered a spell. The large bite instantly faded into nothing. "Fixed." She smiled, her mouthful of razor-sharp teeth glinting like knives in the light.

Lex squinted her eyes at Ankaara, she trusted no one who could heal by magic. She snorted, and started to trot off at a quick pace, past Josh and Ankaara, through the not-so-thick part of the forest. "You guys coming..?" she called over her shoulder. Lex didn't trust any of them, but knew she could fight them if they happened to be fighting for the evil one. And besides, traveling with a group was safer than going alone.

"Yep! Here I come..."Ankaara crouched, and sprang forward. She jumped aside of Lex. The forest was getting less thick, so she could easily avoud the low-hanging branches.

Josh looked ahead at lex and Ankaara, Ok one's a dragon and the other is a shapeshifter josh thought so what are the others like? He then got up and went ahead to catch up.

The gold dragon's eyes opened slowly, the cat-like pupils contracting. He knew the group was moving, and was too far away to be found easily. He had broken his links with the creatures of the forest, only keeping them out of the path of the group. He stood, stretched a few muscles, then opened his mouth and took a huge breath in. The muscles in his chest expanded, his ribs showing through the skin it was stretched so tight. He let out a huge roar, the blast of air actually shattering some branches on a nearby tree. The sound would reach the group as if he was standing next to them. He was ready to hunt.

"Hmmm," said Ankaara, "It sounded like a roar." The ground shook beneath her feet. The tremors were so violent, She lost her balance and fell straight on her tail. She got up, and said: "Sheez, whoever or whatever made that noise, I'd rather not think about..." She shuddered, and ran forward.

Josh started to sprint faster to get away from whatever was making the noise "Lets get out of here"
