Ryo was walking throught the woods upon hearing a rumor that there were some vampires around this area attacking people. he had come across the three but watched in silence getting there just in time to see the vampire drink the shapeshifters blood. he hadn't heard that it was willing and so mistook the scene as a dark horde attakc. quickly he spoke "black dragon, i, Ryo, master of this book summon you." he then thrust the book out in front of him with both hands and a tear opened in the front cover. the form of a black dragon came out growing in size as it came through the tear. The dragon hovered in front of him and waited for his command. "this is it vampire scum, your days of attacking the inoccent are over." Ryo pointed at Lilly and a look of hatred was on his face.

She never had drunken a demons blood before, although sometimes humans called her demon, too. It tasted different and gained her strength. But she had to stop drinking soon, because she didn’t want to hurt shadow. She breathed a little bit hard yet. She only took a litre or so, although it was enough for the day. “I didn’t take much. I think I’ll be able to stand the sun for two days now. Your blood is very strong. Thanks a lot…” Her tongue lick the last few blood drops from her lips. Behind her there was a loud rumour. What happened in the bushes? She turned round fast and saw a large dragon. “What the hell…” She got her sword out of the chest and watched the beast carefully. Where did it come from? Then she recognized a human with a book next to it. “Don’t stay there. Or the beast will attack you.” Dragons were wild animals she never heard of one that was controlled by a human.

Following demons.. he thought, his ears picking up sounds everywhere, in case he was needed. At the moment, he just felt like he was along for the ride, the ride that might find him his best friend.
damned...they turned on me.. he thought, looking up at the sky.
so beautiful he thought...
Up ahead, he noticed that Lilly was being called out by ryo.
Perfect..I'll see whats up, and if I'm needed, I'll go in... he thought, his hand on a few of his shurikens.
The last few times he went in without even thinking, he got badly injured..

Yoma looked at the huge dragon. Than he looked at Lilly. He saw her crying something, but the dragon was too loud, so he couldn't understand, what she cried. He thought a few seconds about how she had saved his life as the vampires attacked them. Without her, he perhaps was dead now. So he took his sword made of a bone of a dragon, that had been even bigger than the dragon they had to fight against now, and remembered the elfish attacking verse... “Pak den fa - methané!” After thinking these words, his sword began to shine red. But the dragon flied too high above them, to be attacked. He looked a bit helpless at Lilly, and saw, that she ran to the human with the book. It seemed, as if she wanted to protect this human creature. Yoma was afraid. Who could protect him? But then he remembered how he got that sword - he had fought against a dragon, many lifespans ago, and he had won the fight.
Today, he wanted to win a second time.
Now Yoma looked at Shadow to coordinate his attack with him, but he seemed to be to weak for attacking the dragon. “Ok, I'll do it alone”, Yoma thought crying out loud to make the dragon attack him instead of any of his friends.

The dragon countinued to hover above them but did not attack. "stay were you are vampire. if you try to run i will sick the dragon upon you." Ryo cried looking straight at lilly. "vampires killed my master and so i shall kill all vampires i encounter." with these words he spoke "way of distruction 65" and made a quick symbol with his hand and a black box formed around the demon and exploded all around her with destructive power. Ryo had been taut how to use the dark magic in his blood to not only summon but to use demon magic as well. he watched as the box feded and the vampire stood still for a moment, suddenly wounds opened all over he body in random slashes. it was not nearly enough to kill her, Ryo was not strong enough to master high level magic like that yet, he was suprised it had even worked for him. but it had been enough to injure her. "now that you see my power you should surrender before i kill you. if you do not surrender and appoligize for all the lives you have taken i will make this more painful for you. if you show that you have a heart of some design i will make your death quick." Ryo waited to hear from the vampire.

Shadow stood up and ran up to the boy with the book, pulling his katana out as he slashed the book out of the boys hand leaving a deep slice in the boy's right hand. "Call off your dragon." Shadow said angrily putting the katana to the boy's throat. "Call off your dragon or die."

The boy was suprised by what happened but smiled. "why do you help the vampire you were just bit by her? why would anyone ever help their kind?!" Ryo pointed at the vampireand yelled "attack!!" the dragon dove from the sky picking up speed as it went straight for the vampire.

Shadow ran and dived in between the dragon and Lilly and got hit instead of her. Pain enveloped his whole body as he lay on the ground motionless. His eyes closed as he fell into unconciousness. "I'm dying." Shadow thought happily as his family came into memory.

Yoma ran towards his hurted friend Shadow and yelled at the human. "What do you do with that book?" Seeing that this human could control a dragon he remembered a sorcerer he had seen once. And he remembered that it's not untypical for a sorcerer to own a book which helps to do magic. "Are you a magician or something like that? If you are, help my friend here! He dies!" Yoma ignored the dragon. He knew, that he had not to be afraid of it, if he could make the human stop the attack. "That girl is a vampire, that's right, but she only drinks blood of her friends, and she does it after having asked if it is allowed. And she's an enemy of all vampires of the horde. So now - help my friend and make this dragon stop the attack, if you can, or I will make him stop it!" Saying these words, Yoma gesticulated violently but useless with his huge sword. It was obvious, that he got angry. "And you don't want me to really get into a fury!" To vent his anger on something, Yoma lumbered a tree with only one strike.

She had been absolutely wrong. This guy wasn't in any danger because of the dragon. This beast was only part of his magic and with this he was going to kill her. She wasn't able to see clearly, but she saw a person running between her and her enemy. Then she heard Shadow screaming and knew there was one more person losing his life because of her. She fell on her knees and closed her eyes. Her voice was only silent whisper. "Please stop the violence. I don't want anybody to be harmed." Then her body did the only thing it could do to rescue her. She fell to the ground. In this condition she was able to heal better, but now she couldn't protect herself from the human. She had lost too much blood, and so she couldn't do anything against it. "I'm sorry I failed my mission", she whispered before she fell into a deep sleep.

Ryo looked at the scene around him and froze. he didnt know what to do. The dragon also froze but was not summoned away. Ryo could not understand why so many people wanted to save this vampire. vampires were the ones that had taken everything from him and now he was only harming others when he was trying to avenge his master. Ryo fell to his knees and dropped the book with it the dragon dissapeared. he satt there staring at teh devestation he had caused. "im, im sorry. i didnt know." he hoped the man who had been attacked would not die, this was the first time he had succesfully summoned the dragon and been able to control it, but he knew the devestation that the dragon could cause. it was enough to kill any human easily. Ryo hoped he had stopped the dragon soon enough.

Shadow's eyes wavered a bit before he opened them a bit. He tried to move but couldn't as he began to cough up blood. He gasped as the pain shot through his body once more. "Death would have been my escape, but it refuses to take me yet again." Shadow thought.

Yoma stood still and stared at the people around him. There was Lilly, laying with closed eyes in a little lake of blood. There was Shadow, also laying in front of Yoma and trying not to die. And there was that human, being depressed - and also laying in front of him. Yoma wanted nothing more than to lay himself between the others and just wait till all would become good again, but he knew, that his friends could die, if he had done so. That's why he decided to do something different... "Uh, you human, you aren't really hurted, are you? And... if you are just laying there for pleasure... Could you please stand up and help me to save my friends?" The magician did not stand up. "I will kill you, if my friends do not survive, is that clear?" Yoma presented his sword. Slowly, the human stood up. "Ok, let's now bring the two in the shadows of the trees, and then let us dig a hole for the vampire - she is called Lilly and might be a bit angry if we let her lay in the sun."

Ryo feeling bad about what just happened helped his freinds into the shade of the tree but did not dig a hole. "i refuse to help a vampire and if you for some reason wish to help her be my geust. i do not know what she has done to trick you, but i will leave you in peace and go my own way. if you would be so kind however to point me in the direction of the vampires who have said to be attacking people in this region?" Ryo waited patiently for the one called yoma to help him or refuse the aid, either didnt matter to him. He would find the vampires and enact his revenge.

"If you want to meet lots of vampires, you should follow us. Lilly hates them and wants to kill all of them. And my other friend, that wolf-demon here, wants to kill werewolves. They both have survived terrible things, attacks of vampires, attacks of werewolves and so on, and now they want revenge. I understand, that you might not love vampires, and that it's difficult for you to imagine fighting with one, and not against, but I swear, Lilly is not like the others. Also, Shadow is not like the other demons..."
