Tokaru nodded, "That's alright no one can help it if they're busy." She beamed. She let out a small laugh, "Taiyo just seems to miss everything. I'm sure you'll see him some other time. I'll tel him you said Hi, if you want me to that is." although she wasn't sure why anyone would want to turn down a chance to greet someone. She slightly taken off guard when Hiro picked her up, but she laughed it off and nodded, "Yeah, we were making a chocolate and strawberry cake, with chocolate covered strawberries on top!" She had lost track how many times she had said that, but she was so excited, she didn't mind saying it again. She'd tell everyone in a hundred mile radius if she had the chance."It'll be great. Do you want a piece when it's done Chris?

"Are you kidding?" a brunette jumped up and down in excitement. "I don't have to to the double shift!?!?!?" she had stuck her spoon, up right, in to the bowl then got up to dance around. "Yes! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!"
"Yuzuyu, calm down will you! There's still customers outside!" her boss said as she grabbed her arm and sat her back down. "Just finish you dinner and you can just go. It turns out Akira will be coming after all," she walked towards the door. "Besides, you had a double shift just two weeks ago too. Well gotta go, Emiko you have ten minutes left!" she reminded the other girl.
"Yes! I can go home!" Yuzu smiled. In her mind, though, she was thinking, 'I can go back to the tent,' It was a little strange to live in a tent at first but once you get used to the creepy noises and the bugs it was alright. "Well, I'm full. I'm gonna go!" she smiled at her friend and dashed in to the changing room. She got to go home, that was better than a promotion coming from Yuri. Giggling to herself Yuzuyu Katakura got changed back in to her school uniform.
"Oh my god, she's finally cracked..." Emiko's voice spoke in a sarcastic tone. "You keep laughing to yourself and people are going to stop coming to the café 'cuz they think we have a psycho as a waitress!"
"Mm hmm, sure they will. Okay, I'm going, see you Monday!" she waved as she walked out the staff room door.

Chris unconsciously rolled his eyes when Hiro picked up Tokaru and kissed her forehead. "Yeah, tell him I stopped by. I think the last time I saw him was at New Years," he said as he leaned against the fridge. "And, yes, I would love a piece," his voice was in the friendly tone he used with just about everyone. Gathering his breath Chris turned to his brother, "Just don't call Hikaru," Quickly he fibbed again, "We ewouldn't want to bother him with something as trivial as my visit," Chris didn't think he's ever lied that much in two minutes...
Sitting in the driver's seat Satoshi wondered what to do, go find Chris or go for his much needed drive? A little cofee perhaps? A new book? He sighed as he released the steering wheel. The black BMW X5 was still in the parking lot with it's engine whirring.

Hiro looked at Chris puzzled the girl still in his arms. "Chris, you know I have to tell our dear friend that your here! You haven't seen him since New Years! You know he gets angry when we dont see him often." Hiro frowned and put the girl down. "Well, I'll be heading off now. Save me a piece of cake ok?" He kissed her cheek lightly and stood tall. "Chris, do you need a ride back to the cabin? I'm on my way there..." Hiro bite his lip. He wished his brother would sya yes but most likely it would be a no.

Tokaru nodded looking over at the cake ingredients, "Definetly." She started to sort through the ingredients on the counter. For what she knew was needed for a cake and what was not. Needless to say, she was rather clueless to the whole cooking thing. She wondered if her brother was being serious about the whole not burning the house down thing. She had written it off as just a joke, but it had now clicked that maybe he meant it.
"Sohma!"
Taiyo glanced up as the shift manager called out from behind the counter. "5 more minutes left in your break." The manager called and dissapeared behind the doors to the stock room where he had first appeared from.
"Yeah I know." Taiyo mummbled. There wasn't much left in his coffee cup and what was left was rather lukewarm, it was sort of unpleasant to taste. On the table in front of him were about nine napkins folded indifferent origami shapes, he had done to pass the time. He pushed the paper art out of the way and picked up the books tucking them safely inside one of the stores paper bags and set it down to the side as he watched the clock tick down the few minutes left he had to relax.

"No," he replied firmly to his brother. Chris turned towards the girls, "Sorry, but I think I'll just go home," meeting Hikaru was out of the question, and if anyone could even try to make him see Hikaru, they'll have to kill him first. "Sorry I won't be able to stay for cake," it was evident that Chris was rather pissed off. Although he never displayed his anger to the public eveyone always knew. He wasn't fooling anyone...

Hiro frowned. "Chris..." He sighed and then walked out without another word. He got into his car which was parked just outside and drove away. "...I wish you would forgive me." He finished his sentance already away from the Sohma estate.

Ein walked in, and shut the door behind him, calmly. More bother at school, and likely some obscure happening at home. To his relief, it wasn't long before he noticed a cake-based cookbook. He licked his lips, and remembered that he saw a car going back from the house? Who was their visitor? Who actually visited the Sohma estate? And why was someone making cake, and forgot to inform him? He sighed, and walked further into the house.

(GAH!! I missed a lot! Oh well, thanks for not excluding me 3nodding )
Tora had been busy flipping through the cookbook, ignoring everything Hiro had been talking about. It was only when she heard chris's voice, did she spin around and gasp. Still, being a little late on everything that had gone on, she didn't stop herself from tackling him into one of her hugs.
"Chris-chan!!!! You came back!" she giggled happily. Then as she watched Hiro leave with a sad expression, her smile turned to a pout. She didn't particularly like Hiro, but she hated to see anyone so sad.
"Chris that was a bit harsh don't you think?" she asked, looking up at him with large, red puppy eyes.
Kaname walked down the sidewalks with his hands shoved into his pockets and a book bag actually attached to his back. He was glaring at his feet as he walked, headphones in his ears playing heavy rock music. It was odd to see Kaname just walking. Especially from school! He rarely ever attended to do his "I don't feel like going" attitude. When he did go however, he was always getting a detention or something.

"Hmph," Chris looked away as Hiro walked out the door. They went through it everytime they saw each other anyways. A little taken off guard when Tora tackled him into a hug Chris' head jerked back against the fridge. "Ouch..." he said as he rubbed his head. Ignoring what she said about him being too harsh and smiled and asked, "Promise to be a little less violent with hugs next time I'm standing by a fridge?"
"Actually, I think I'll start heading home, I can walk really," he stood upstraight as he was released from the hug. "I'll come visit sopme other time, promise," his tone was a little happier than five seconds ago. "I'll see you guys," he waved as he headed for the door.
