"That would be very kind," she said as she set down the spoon. She was accustomed to eating much and about half the soup was left. She gave a mournful glance to the bottom of the bowl and then stood up. She set it next to the sink rather than in it.

"No," she said shaking her head. She walked over to the chair and sat back down. She was staring at the table now. She felt as though she were a little girl again, disobeying her mother.

He doesn't have the comon decency to come home to eat dinner?" he scolded and dryed the dishes vigoresly sounding like a mother who's husband was late comeing home. "Well, Lupin doesn't have a TV but we could do something around town if you like."

Alexander jumped off his bed and his feet slammed down on the floor. "Yes, own apartment," he said with excitement on his voice. He put on jacket and headed out the door. He just needed to start looking around for a better job.
Samantha smiled shyly. "Why don't we do something down town," she said after a while. "I haven't picked up the newspaper yet today and I need to check my mail box at the office."

"I walk everywhere, in heels," she said with a slight smile. "I just need to drop the laptop off in the room and change. I'll be right back." Samantha picked up the laptop and headed towards her flat. When she got there she changed into a fitting white long sleeve shirt and some jeans. She walked back and put on her trench coat. "Well where should we go first?"

"Could we stop by my office first?" she asked. "My parents said they might send me a check for food." She walked forward, her heels clicking again. She opened the door to go outside and ran into Alexander, causing her to fall down the stairs.
Alexander felt someone run into him and he backed off slightly. He was shocked slightly but his eyes took a playful glance at her. He was admiring her body from there.

"A job," Alexander said with a slight grin. "Besides she's got some pretty nice pumps on." He motioned to her shoes. Although his intentions were still unclear.
Samantha scowled at him before accepting the help. She liked the compliment but was disappointed by the fact he didn't notice the watch. "Let's just go," she said after a while.

"He doesn't mean any harm," she said with a slight smile. "Besides he was eying you up almost as much as he was eying me up. She laughed slightly as they walked. She paused for a second when a thought came to her head. She shook her head as if to make it go away.
Alexander sighed as he sat down. Once again he had ruined his chance on friends. "his day's black fate on more days doth depend; This but begins the woe, others must end," he said under his breath. "Ah if only Shakespeare were alive today he could write a tragedy on my life."

"I'm sure he's just trying to make friends and he looked pretty young," she said with a sigh. "He most likely just turned 18." She stopped and turned to look at her office building. "Well here it is."
Alexander sat down with a pitiful expression. So much for looking for a job. He was better at moping around than actually doing anything.
