Kakaru gave her the nastiest look, as though he had just snogged a Mudblood. "Would you like to die?" He asked nonchalantly, his face remaining rather blank, though the tone of his voice said plenty. "I was mocking her and Black, thank you very much. Mind I ask, who the hell are you?" He didn't like the girl, she was rude, blunt, and obviously didn't know who he was. His hand barely moved as his longer fingers reached for the wand in his back pocket, as he prepared to jinx this obnoxious female.

"Would I like to die?"
She shook her head.
"Some death threat. My baby brother can come up with a threat better than that! At least use some creativity will ya? Geez."
She sighed quite loudly.
"I shouldnt be talking to students like that."
Turning to the boy she smiled.
"My name, is Professer VonHarriss. I'm head of Slytherin. You really shouldnt talk to teachers like that you know."
She leaned against the other side of the door frame.
"Not that I did much better when I was in school...but thats neither here nor there."

She looked rather young for a teacher, but Kakaru hid his suprise with ease. "Well then, sorry /Professor/ VonHarriss, though it does mean something if you /are/ capable of kiling a person," He said, trying not to saying anything else that wasn't pleasant. He wasn't in a mood to explain it, but /he/ was fully capable of killing a person, he believed. All you had to do was desire it, and say the magic words. It was that simple. Am older neighbor had actually told him that; apparently they had been up to something lately. "Well then, I hope you don't mind if we have some privacy, eh /Professor?/." With that he abruptly shut the door behind him, and then wondered why he would rather be in a compartment with Black and Tori.

Kakaru rolled his eyes. "Because there's an obnoxious new teacher that's the head of Slytherin that defined us as young love. That's enough for me to want to actually be in a compartment with /you/ two. I won't exactly pretend that your my favorite people."

She flipped her hair and walked away from the group. Opening an empty compartment she smiled and slid in, falling asleep there.

"Stay? Momentarily, mind that," Kakaru said immediately. "Though I suppose it might be fun to see who'll get jinxed unconscious first, but maybe we can try that on the way back, eh?" he said with a malicious glint in his eye. The fun he could have, doing whatever spell he wanted without fearing a suspension or being expelled... it sounded like an ideal moment.
Though, at the same time, she was annoying. He whipped out his wand and said "Silencio," without a moment's hesitation.

Kakaru cursed loudly as he felt himself being hung in midair. "Diffindo," he said, pointing at her wand arm, hoping a gash would be enough incentive for her to put him upright again. He'd overheard the spell being discussed by Severus and Rosier, and regretted not listening more, for he wouldn't mind a countercurse at the moment. "This is dreadfully inconvenient, you know," he said, making a lame attempt to stand, despite how the spell seemed to have secured his ankles in midair.

Tori winced horribly and doubled over as the spell missed. Her hair hung in front of her face and she felt her stomach. Her hand came away with blood. She looked up at him with horror and revulsion in her eyes. Then she staggered over and punched him right in the face.

Machi swung the doors open and grabbed the girl off of him and flung her to the wall. She held her hadn on the boys chest and looked at her.
"Fighting is SIRICTLY prohibbited!"
She shouted. She pointed at the girl.
"Full name, now."
Her words were sharp firm and her eyes were no differen. Peircing the girl in a cold way.

Kakaru barely managed to hold his laughter as he watched the girl get in trouble. Apparently the events prior to this fight hadn't given the teacher a bias yet, which was good for him. He quickly pocketed his wand and hung limp and helpless in the air, feeling that it wasn't wise to look as though he was fighting too. Behind the teacher's back, he gave Terri a mocking smile.

Tori's mouth dropped. First she pointed at her stomach while falling to her knees. Then she shook her head and collapsed, a small pool of blood spreading on the carpet.
