[[OOC: Sorry I haven't posted for the past few days, my home has been a flurry of activity and I've been pulled into it. I'd post something now, but I'm honestly exhausted and it would be written really badly. I don't have to do anything tomorrow I don't think though, so I ought to be able to do one or two good posts then.]]

[[That's perfectly fine. biggrin I hope things settle in favorable places. wink
It's not really a name problem... It's more of a, trying to make the gods seem too evil, problem. It's not that their evil -It's that they're deciding what's best for the earth. Kinda like how a parent wants what's best for their child. Ya know? And, they just ultimately decided that humans weren't good for the earth in general, being what they call corrupt.
It's mostly because in today's world. The bad things are highlighted ALOT more than the good things, and that's essentially what the gods see and thus make their deductions based on that. HOWEVER, because the purifiers are sent to earth, they see things that the gods don't see. Kindness, generosity, and etc. Because of this the ex-purifiers or defenders come to believe that the gods are evil.
So all in all it's just one very large misunderstanding. So... not all the gods are evil and not all of mankind is evil. They just think the other is... whew.
I should really reiterate this in the plot. sweatdrop Evil gods- yes, there may be a few, but not all of them can be evil!!! And psychotic evil purifiers- yes, there also may be a few or many of those, seeing that they are the tortured group.
OK!! blaugh Now, I still welcome questions, wholeheartedly -unless their off-topic ones like "How old was spider-man when he got married?" Then, I'll laugh and just say "idk."]]

((OOC: Ahh... so its not the names, so much as what they are and what they are like? I see now... Well how about....
Tinnaca, Goddess of the Sea. Basically, she has power over all the water of the seas and oceans. When she is in a good mood, the water is calm, but when shes in a bad one, the water is rough, and storms criss cross the oceans. She is quite simply, a rather... Touchy goddess, who tends to get angry quite easily, but over all she is a perfectly nice person.
Hows that for a new god? I think stuff up pretty easily (which is why my character is a Draconian, because I've never heard of a book which has one in it... So I guess I kinda came up with the species on my own...) So if you need some more gods, (and you have an idea as to what they are already, or just a name) just ask me biggrin ))

[[Interesting... unfortunately we already have a blue goddess by the name of Aequis. sweatdrop I haven't specified her power, but from what you've described I think Aequis could fit that role... sort of. But, if it's not okay with you, just say the word.
The post introducing three of the gods is on page two in red. And, the God of Fear was introduced by Kind. One is the goddess of light, think stern, elegant, calm. God of Darkness... eh- I can't really describe him. Commanding, overpowering? So... we have three slots left.
Lol, I was thinking that if everyone really really wanted a god of death, so bad... I would enlist one, only it would be a she and a very motherly she at that. She'd be off in a corner praising or scorning pple is a very motherly way before putting them in one pocket or the other. One pocket being "heaven" and one "hell." Hehe twisted I have my ways....
ANYHOO... feel free to make gods/goddesses that stand apart or are rather comical. Then it'll be more fun for them to interact and such. ^_^]]

((OOC: Ahh yes... Aequis is pretty much the same as mine then... I actually prefer that name biggrin And your idea for the goddess of death is pretty good... if you want something comedic however, I could easily come up with it... like perhaps....
Teno, the God of Fruit. Simply he is the god of fruit, and decides where what grows. He doesn't only have power over fruit, but also over any plant life. This means quite simply that he can control any plants, and make them grow where he wants them to, how he wants them to, and how quickly he wants them to. He is a very calm, and easy going god, and has the bad habit of talking to the plants. He often wears simple clothes and always wears a hat, which has a large amount of various fruit balanced atop it.
I hope that suits you for comedic.. I'm not great at funny sometimes, and you can change the name if you dislike it, but I think hes pretty funny biggrin ))
Ryn was walking carrying Jacen, the young boy he had found hiding, towards his home. He could here the calls of the gods, telling him to attack the boy, but he ignored them, his caring, and kindness preventing him from harming the boy. Finally he came to the house where Jacen lived. Setting Jacen down he said,"Go to your mother... She is most likely worried about you."
Ryn smiled, watching as the boy ran to his mother, who stood in the doorway, tears of happiness pouring down her face.
"Are you an angel?",She asked him, joy on her face, instead of fear.
Ryn smiled sadly, saying quietly,"No... I am a Defender.. I am here to protect, not take you to your graves..."
The woman smiled at him, tears still trickling down her face, before saying,"Thank you for returning my son... I will be in your debt forever."
"There is no debt for doing the right thing.",Ryn said, his smile sad, watching the boy and his mother, before turning away and calling over his shoulder,"I hope to meet you again some day... Good bye."
(About an hour later)
Ryn flew over a city, listening to the birds in the sky, his eyes searching for any of the Purifiers, hoping dearly that they would not make it to the town in the distance before he did. He wanted no deaths for Humanity, only peace, and he thought that if he could stop the Purifiers, that Humanity itself may stop destroying its own. He dove like a hawk, landing in a tree, just south of the town, which the Gods had set up for slaughter. He was here, ready to protect. His clawed fingers slowly rubbed the hilt of his sword, the one and only Dreggan.

(( sweatdrop I apologize for making you wait. I've been quite busy with several other RPs - including one that I've been developing, and this guy just accepted me into a guild that had a LOT of stuff in it! gonk I'm strained! Anyway, for the god of fear, if you guys read carefully, he was holding a scythe, like the grim reaper does. domokun I hereby propose an underlying plot that wraps itself around the current plot of the RP. pirate What if the god of fear really wanted to become the god of death but had the position taken out of him by that goddess Onamisake proposed, and in his anguish developed every way of making himself take upon the role, while still holding up with his appointed position, where the development of being the Grim Reaper and the creation of monster takes its roles. He was the one pulling the strings in the human psyche in developing those strange monsters in their heads which ultimately led into the development of the purifiers, and when successful, would reap all the glory of finding the very way of the destruction of the human race, inevitably obtaining the position of being the god of death! rofl How about it? And congrats for having your RP get promoted into the Advanced!))
"A talking canine! How cute!" Kin's suspiciously cheerful face appeared in front of the girl Sakeri without warning, suddenly making his pressence known. There was blood thirst emmitted out of his seemingly kindly face, which oddly narrowed upon the Amati's gigantic form, but he somehow made it known to the two that he came upon friendly terms. "Are you guys purifiers too?" Kin's high pitched question was almost unfitting to his grown up voice, "'cause I am! I just saw Talking Puppy here smoothly reach out for those worthless jellybags. Wasn't that fun?"
((Yeah... sweatdrop you kind of get the idea that he's quite psychotic, but that's only most palpable under a full moon.))

Reese had nearly given up searching the city, when he found a shady bar with a blinking sign that read "Gregor's". It began to rain, so he finally decided to enter the place. Once inside, he felt safe. There was something unnatural about the place, but sensors did not indicate any hostility.

[[lol, it's perfectly fine. biggrin For him to be both psychotic and for you to be excessively busy. -Yeah, I did see your rp, and it was positively fascinating! It looked very carefully thought out. I bet yours will be promoted soon, too. xd Anyhoo, though I do find it a bit confusing at some parts, I think I understand what you're trying to say. Basically, the god of fear's job was taken by the motherly god of death, so he's trying to prove he's better by creating monsters in the human psyche that will eventually be brought to life by the gods, and thus destroy all of mankind. Right? If that's what you were saying... I LIKE IT!!! So, all that's needed is his personality and he as well as our dearest motherly death goddess are in! By the way... what did you mean by Amati reaching out to those worthless jelly bags?]]
Sakeri's jumped at the sudden appearance of this strange, hyperactive being, stumbling a few steps back. Her face was filled with utter confusion at his words, and she was at a loss for words.
"J-Jelly bags?" she stuttered. "Purifiers?" Sakeri looked at the boy as though he were just plain crazy. "What?" She jerked all at once. His eyes... Amati didn't seem to notice that his eyes contrasted each other in the most frightening of ways. She resolved to not let it bother her and let out a nervous smile as she quickly placed on her clueless facade.
The canine's eye could only twitch, in disbelief, at this strange human.
What a random child, he muttered to himself, trying his hardest to maintain his calm facade. Something about that child was unsettling. The wolf glanced quickly at Sakeri, noticing immeadiently that she was oblivious to this. He didn't know if it was built into him or if it was because he was evil. From his standpoint... the boy simply had psychological issues.
"What business do you have with a pair of travelers?" he questioned the boy, while Sakeri was simply content gawking at his strange personality.
[[Right now, she doesn't know the term Purifier, so find some way to ask about it. She just learned of the existance of the gods.]]

Danian made it into the village. He was happy to be there in time, he feld living humans. Sitting on the roof of a small house he lowered his hartbeat to get into concentration, his ears now noticing all the hartbeats of every living thing in the village bigger than a small bird. Most of the people were still alive. But there were some hardbeats he found disturbing. Some pounded fast, as if excited or mad or something. Those had to be from purifires. Slowly he took out his gun and loaded it with demonic bullets. It was time...

Ryn was moving slowly through the forest, just south of the town in which the Gods had set the clock of destruction ticking. He moved slowly, calmly, his reptilian body betraying none of the pent up energy, which was shaking his insides loose. He knew that the purifiers would be here, and most likely in large numbers.
The warrior part of him was excited at the upcoming battle, and yet the rest of him was sad. Humans would most likely end up dead in this battle, no matter how well he fought, and along with that was the thought that he himself would be forced to kill again. Even though he knew what the purifiers would be doing, he did not wish them death. He sighed, the clawed fingers of is left hand stroking the hilt of his sword, as he walked slowly towards the town.

Masaru had finally finished her stew, and leaned back slightly in her seat with a burp. She glanced over at her chosen victim again. He looked like he was readying to leave as he stumbled about, so she walked over.
"Hello sir, I'm new in town and I was wondering if you'd like me to walk you home in exchange for pointing me in the direction of a place I could sleep for the night."
"Sher," he slurred, "Jus' help mee a liddle bi'...I'm havin' a leetle trouble wa'kin'!"
"Certainly," she grinned darkly. "Where am I taking you this fine evening?"
He was so trusting. She had built up so much rage. She couldn't help but smile at what she knew was to come as he clumsily threw his arm over her shoulder. She half carried, half dragged him through the doorway of the pub.

Kimiko hummed to herself as she walked quietly down the road of the mining village. Waving at passing strangers, you'd think she was just an innocent child. Little did the strangers know that she used to be a murderous purifier who didn't know how to feel emotions. Back then, it was an easy thing for her to kill since she was just a little girl. What harm can a little girl do? Although now she has changed. The past is the past and that's what she'll keep telling herself for the rest of her life.
Kimiko nodded to herself and said,"I think that Purifiers are the bad ones! How dare they kill without proper reason! It's not as if humans don't have feelings too." She stopped and looked down. Feeling the guilt again, she shook her head and continued. "Ahh but I used to be one of them. Well, it doesn't matter! I'm changing my ways. For good."
Smiling to no one in particular, she continued her way down the road until she spotted an elderly lady having trouble carrying some boxes. Rushing over to help, she took some boxes and asked the lady where she should put them.
The woman looked surprise and smiled. "Oh thank you, dear. Just put them by the counter in my store over there and pile them up neatly." Kimiko nodded obediently and did what she was told. 'I'd do anything..anything to make up for my sins.'
((Hmm I think I got her personality right. Oh well, It's her character. By the way, I'm a girl. xD That's why my character's a girl to people who find it strange that a crossdressing male is using a girl character. <_<))
