Haldo!
I just found myself on Gaia again. Last time I attempted, I wasn't able to find myself interested (to give an idea: when I logged in, I was still wearing the rag dress!). I just joined the Guild last night. So, I'm new to this realm all around.
D&D (and roleplaying in general) is, however, not something I'm new to. I am a chick in real life, so yes, I'm one of those rare girls that games. But all kinds of gaming. I don't just own a copy of Nintendogs and claim I'm a gamer girl. Boo on them. wink
Right now, I'm not actively in any games as I just moved a couple months ago. I admit I'm a big fan of D&D 3.5, but it's not all I've played: I've played some GURPs, lots of Deadlands, and bits of others, such as BESM, Everway (anyone else played that one?!) and I even ran a one-shot this past August (for those of us unable to afford to go to GenCon) of Star Wars SAGA, which I am in lust with. I've also found a White Wolf game I actually enjoy in Exalted. wink
While I tend more towards creating an actual character (complete with background, personality, etc), I do enjoy a good combat now and again. Dice are fun! But I find myself bored when it's pure combat (memories of my rogue with such an insanely high AC that meant I could nap through game as all I needed to do was be nudged awake to roll attacks...).

Hi my name is Pink Rats Tail but under D&D my charter is Elizabeth she is half high elf and half human she was abandon by her mother. She was put into an orphanage. the orphanage was not very nice the rule around that place was you grow your own food so if nothing grew you did not eat. as time went on her father came and took her home. Also as time went on she found out that noone in the elvevn cammunty did not like her so she took off. my chariter is a druid her familer is a bear she calls FiFi this bear and her grew up togther in other words you mess with me you mess with my bear. heart

hello my names Draconis479, i've been playing dnd for two years. but only get to play when my dm is around which isn't often so thought this would sustain my dnd urges. so yeah if anyone needs a wizard for there campains im here and ready to go!

Greetings and Well Met!
I am Kristina Hitori and I've played D&D for a couple of years back in Sci-Fi club in my high school years. Unfortunately, nowadays the campaigns are so few and far between due to college that I've done nothing else but play Neverwinter games as well as Eye of the Beholder. It's enough to satisfy my urge to play D&D for now, but I still miss it very much (and occasionally chucking a few d4s at an annoying friend.)
Sadly enough, I am still rather new at D&D and I tend to mix up or forget certain things. The reason is probably because the other players tend to do crazy things that either completely changes the entire campaign or ends it abruptly due to mass character death. So we're never really on a campaign for very long.
*inhales* Anyway. I've had my share of D&D 3.5 as well as a few campaigns in BESM and D20 Modern.
I tend to hang around as a Half-Elf Ranger so if anyone needs one in their campaign, feel free to PM me. I'll do my best, although I might wind up needing a little help every once and a while.

Hello all ^_^ My names Karma. I've been playing DnD for about 2+ months or so. I've always liked fantasy and the likes, and RPGs are my favorite games, next to RTS and FPS. I know the basics of playing (My knowledge includes everything in the PHB v3.5, which i devoured) Can't wait to pick up my sword and adventure with you guys.

I just joined the guild but have played dnd for around 5 years...pretty much all of that time was spent dming so that's what I decided to try here...if anyone wants a dm for a game I'm available, I also (hopefully) have a campaign that needs players in the forum...if you want me as a player I'd be more than happy to join.

My name is Nethyndre (22 years) and I have been playing Dungeons and Dragons for a while now.
But I have never done real big campaigns (Not as DM nor player)
I do know the basics and I am very glad I got accepted to this guild.

Hi all smile I have been playing D&D for about 14 years now. My normal group has been playing everything but D&D for about a year now, so I can't wait to start playing with a group here. I can reliably post every weekend and ocasionaly during the week.

I'm tryin' to find this out for a friend I have in another guild so I guess you could say it's my current quest...Probly not gunna be at all like when I foght off like 7 orcs in D&D, Man that was a good day! You should've seen me! They were all like "GRR!" and I was all like "Ha you can't kill me!" and they were all like "o rly?" and I was all like kill, stab, punch, pwn! twisted ...*ahem*...think I over did the speech a little. sweatdrop . I play Dnd quite a bit and hooked on the game, I've been looking to DM for quite some time and looking to start a game or get one of my meatshields some action. The name's Shuriken. I've just started playing D&D about a month ago. Still, I have a good memory, and know many of the rules by heart. My friend's brother told me of his heroic tales of how his Half-orc barbarian scored a perfect 20, confirmed the crit, and drop kicked a dragon through the ceiling. mrgreen Yes, I said drop kicked through the ceiling. Since then, I've gotten into D&D.

My name is Faust II, and I enjoy long walks on the beach, late-night candle-lit dinners, and playing as gnomes. Yes, gnomes. The all time greatest race that has ever graced the PHB with their presence.
Anyways, I've been playing DnD for about four years now, and have managed to play in about thirty campaigns over the years, and have personally DM'd about 10. I'm in possession of almost every 3E and 3.5E book, and am familiar with most of the rules, and if not, I'm more than willing to look them up.
In the campaigns I've played, I've done a good number of different settings. From the basics of Forgotten Realms, to the extremes of Dragonlance, From the mysterious Orient of Rokugan, to the Seafaring Kingdoms of Kalamar, from the magical machinery of Eberron, to the Machanika of the Iron Kingdoms, I've pretty much done it all, DM'd and played.
Oh, and I refuse to play 4E until I can use Gnomes. You know, on moral grounds.
