Unknown Variable Bah, it's easy enough to get used to a new edition. X'D This just means that all of us here who've been wanting to play together can finally do so!  Exactly my point! They're setting it up online. We can all finally play together!
Edit: Bridge, I know how you feel though. Especially with the cost of new books and stuff.
My cousin, who provided me with all this info, says that: "Sounds like dndinsider.com will be the place to keep up on the news, they're planning on posting multiple designer diary articles per week."

That right there is pretty much exactly what I was going to build, except a million times better because it won't be pixel graphics on a webpage. XD

XD I'm sure it's not a million times better. wink Quote: 1 year after the Core 3 are released there will be a Players Handbook 2, DMG 2, and Monster Manual 2 and a new one every year after that. In this they told us each will have a new set of races and classes. The More dificault Classes and Races to balance will be released in the later PHBs.

My take on it more involves the cost of playing.
..which honestly, will be nothing. I can get all the books on PDF, if needed a single user can get all the website goodies, and I'll need not spend money on miniatures or anything that would suck up a bunch of money for WOTC to hoard.
All in all, it benefits those who are distanced from other players, but will more than likely be hurting the company severely.

And as much as I got from the videos, they're looking into the books being built into the "game" and having any errata automatically patched into them. surprised
