Since the HvHverse can be plot heavy it's simply easier to keep everything in one thread. That way there's no bouncing back and forth between separate threads. It also makes for a smooth transition when going between realms (that I've seen.) However it is a good idea and I'll think it over. I've only been apart of the last two chapters for HvH so I'm not sure what methods may have been used in the past. Admittedly, I don't see anything wrong with splitting the locations into different threads. Perhaps we'll implement that idea in the next arc (which may be coming faster than anticipated due to Devil's removal).
