Two Star Wars Records I'm kinda wondering about...
Shortest Time Between Sith Apprenticeship to Sith Masterdom.
"And your name shall be ***. Rise my new Apprentice; Go forth, and-Urk!" "The Student is now the Master."
Most Reversals in Alignment Who holds the record for number of times that they've been Redeemed into the Light/fallen to the Dark Side, and back again?

Fire Emblem is much like the old Shining Force games. It's a turn-based command-and-conquer style game where you move your guys, then the bad guys move, you attack, etc.
Example:
In Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, Ike is the main hero. Naturally, you're gonna want him to be the main powerhouse of all your guys, since you have to have him in every battle.
There's different unit types, weapons, etc. Ike is a Ranger, who gets promoted to Lord after an event, Titania is a Paladin, which is a promoted class, Gatrie is a Knight, which becomes General. There's others like Swordmasters, Snipers, Sages, etc.
The cons in that game are bad ones though. There's no adventure. It's just battle after battle, and you can't " backtrack " at all, meaning there's a limit to how much experience and gold anyone can gain. As well, you can't bring back fallen characters. There's 32 or so chapters ( battles ) in all, and say, you lose Titania in Chapter 10 ( Bad, because she's the toughest one you have for a long time ) since she's a " key " character in dialouge, she lives, but suffers a permanant injury that makes her unable to be used from that point on in any battle. Same for all characters. Key ones live, but can't but used anymore, the rest are just dead. This means it's possible to have a grand total of Ike as usable characters. Then again, if Ike dies, it's game over, since he's the main character.
Add to that, all but like 2 or 3 weapons in the game have durability. The better the weapon is, the less durability. ( Why? ) Like, Iron stuff has 45 uses, Steel has 35, etc. What that means is, a single Iron Sword can only be used 45 times, then it's gone. To top it off, you can't repair anything. You have to buy new ones.

Yeah, I've played the first one for GBA.
As I've heard it put, the object of the game is complete slaughter; you get points for butchering everyone, and for how fast you do it.
Umm...I don't really have any thoughts about the game (guess it didn't leave much of an impression xd ), but I do recall the Knights/Generals as being really cool looking. They kinda just stomp around in massive armor, and hurl spears through people.

Yeah. Try moving them through the rough terrain though... Or pit them against someone with an Armorslayer.
I like some of the crit animations though. Especially if you attack twice and both are crits. Looks awesome.
I just wish Nephenee would level faster, and I dunno why, but like 80% of all the baddies I meet all use lances.
Oh, and the funniest thing happened just today while playing it. The " boss " baddy was mounted, meaning he can hit-and-run in the same turn. Okay, so he hits one of mine, then runs into a corner. I park one of my units into the ONLY way outta that corner, next to him. Here's the thing: He used a bow, which means he can't attack anything right up against him. So he was trapped there while that unit hammered away against a defenseless foe.

That's the good thing about my choice of armor. You have plenty of references to go by if you need it, because nothing is different.
