Lady Psycho Sexy Regulust Lady Psycho Sexy  I hate life so much right now.
Why's that? Well, a few weeks ago I had my first panic attack; I convinced myself I was having a heart attack. It's since developed into a full-blown paranoia, and I can't go five minutes without checking my heart rate or looking up mild symptoms on Google. I've stopped smoking weed, I've stopped eating sugar, starch, and cholesterol, and despite this I feel worse than ever. Whenever my heart rate goes up I freak out, whenever my chest hurts I freak out. Last night I had a dream in which my subconscious was basically mocking me for living in fear. I need a psychiatrist, but I can't get there without walking, which gets my heart rate up and starts me panicking again.

LPS, what exactly is it about a heart attack that scares you? On the outside, it seems you are just suffering from extreme paranoia and I think some hysteria. What is it that caused the initial panic attack?
Was it something you read, or something you saw?
