Meriko *notes Bri's sig* Aww, wedding anniversary. heart Congratulations~ Do you have anything fun planned? :3 Eh, nothing too much, just dinner and a movie, then coming home and snuggling up on the couch and watching Court TV till we fall asleep in each others arms ^___^ We've already given each other our gifts so that's one thing thats been taken care of already (Well, mine hasn't gotten here yet, but it will be soon :3 A custom cut amethyst that we found on our gem mining adventure a few weeks ago ^0^).

@jen: yush, despite the fact that my old basement apartment is dingy and musty, methinks i'll still miss it. the rent was really cheap and included the utilities, which helped a lot since my school cut off my funding at the beginning of last year and i had to live on half of what i've been getting the past four years. but now that i got a full-time job... *throws confetti*
although i did overshoot a little and have to scrimp to make ends meet until my paychecks start coming in. moving is expensive >.<
ooh, me likies teh wigs. the last one with the odangos is my favorite <3.

i'm not sure about the international stuff, but i can vouch that paypal is one of the safest sites around. i've been using them for about eight years now, and i've never had a problem with their security.

Meave: Here is a PayPal webpage that details the different locations around the world where PayPal offers its services. The level/type of service differs according to country, so just look up your country to find out what kind of PayPal service you can get. ^^ Link.

What meave don't understand is...what does it mean by withdraw to US account?
Paypal looks like it must be a payment for 'business' like things...but can my dad in home country sent money to me in the other country? xp

As far as I know, withdraw to US account is the option to transfer fund from your Paypal account into a bank account. If you receive money via Paypal you need to be able to get it out some how.

"Send" means you can pay someone (if they accept PayPal) by using your PayPal account. "Receive" means that someone can send money into your PayPal account. "Withdraw to a Local account" means that you can remove money from your PayPal account to your bank account in the same country. "Withdraw to a U. S. Bank account" means that you can remove money from your PayPal account to your bank account in the United States.
So if your father lives in one of the countries that has "Send" as an option, he can set up a PayPal account and send money to your PayPal account.
