Valaryia, following the traces of his energy, tracked down Shadow. "Um, Lord Shadow?" she asked quietly from behind him, as she made her way onto the roof. "I... can't find Neferata. I think she's in the crypt but the wards block all traces of her energy so I can't sense it. And I knocked and she didn't answer." Perhaps she was just caught up in reading, but Valaryia was worried.

I smiled at him and kissed him lightly, "well when you put it that way how can I resist" I said still smiling as I backed away towards my bed. Then I jumped over it near the window, "but you have to catch me first" I said before I jumped out the window and started running through the gardens

Shadow stood and turned to face Valaryia. He bowed to her, his eyes had a semi crazed look in them. "Hello there young Strigoi... or do you prefer Valaryia?" he said. Shadow was use to calling people by thier blood lines unless he knew them, he didn't know Valaryia that well so he had to ask. "I didn't sense Neferata in the crypt when I was in there. Something precious to me lies in there so I had to ward the place, keep it strong so they can't get her... no, no... no one will get her there." he siad as he turned away from her. It was a swift graceful turn, almost liek he was dancing.

He smiled and jumped out the window free falling before he landed and cracked the ground, he smiled and whisteled. soon her gift came troting up and he jumped on and gave chace, how smooth his mouns muscles flowed into each step he soon caught site of her " thats it my freind your are doing well"

Valaryia smiled, her lips a little tight. "I don't mind being called by my bloodline," she said. "Are... you alright sir?" She'd never seen Shadow so... excited. If that was the right word. But there was something off about his excitement. She didn't want to go into that. And she wanted to ask where Neferata could be, for it made her a little nervous that she was not in the crypt nor in her room. She had just about looked everywhere.

I looked back seeing that he had jumped on Rowdy, "hmmm, I'm going to have to speed up" I said to myself. I ran faster past the pool, and the pool house, Bones was catching up but I had a plan

He leaped off his horse and spread great metal feathereed wings from his armor and gave chase this way and was close enough to whisper in her ear " some one is at your front door clling to you"

Shadow took in a deep breath as he looked out to the forest. His eyes were focused on a small gap in the tree were Cassidy had discovered the small stream that ran through there and the pool of water that had gathered. he msiled slightly until he detected the rift once more. His head turned to stare at the area where the rift was. "Very well then. I hope Neferata has told you about the curse that stalks your blood line. The one that I have." he said as his head twitched to the side a little. "I guess that I am perfectly fine little Strigoi. Why? Dose soomething seem.. off?" he said as he spun round to face her.

He surprised me and I stumbled hitting the ground, then I got up quickly dusting myself off, "you didn't see that" I said with a goofy look on my face. "Let's go greet them then" I said as I whistled to get the horse's attention, then I hopped on and headed around to the front of the house. I figured Bones would follow, and probably beat me there so I raced as fast as I could seeing Ryu. I waved at him "hi" I said as I rode towards the front door

Valaryia immediately shook her head. "No sir," she said. "I guess I'm just not sure of... nevermind." She looked down. There was a beautiful view up here. One day she wanted to take Neferata to watch it. "You know Neferata and I will be leaving the manor for a few days on Monday, right?" she asked.
