The Aqua Captain smirked a little and then walked forward.
"Ike it's been a really long time since we last saw each other..."
Cerza kept eying Ike and the ball as well. Memo's pushed his wet hair out of his face and smiled.
"Of course I grew up a little."

Arekku entered the beach, yawning, he made sure he had checked his TADS for active others and noticed Memo's out on the beach , "Oi, Memo, Sorry I passed out like that yesterday! I guess my-...!" Arekku finally turned his head to look at Ike, who stood in a very defensive pose. "Eh...?"

Ike chuckled.
"It's only been a few weeks, hasn't it? I mean..."
He checked himself and found nothing different with his physical appearance. He then grabbed a pocket watch out of his soaked pants, which told the time and date.
"10:34am, January 19, 2009. Not too much time for a growth spurt?"

Memo motioned for Arreku to come over. Cerza smiled awkwardly at him.
"Ike...uh?"
Memo brought out his TADS and showed him the date. Memo's eyes were observing Ike's every move with a bright curiousity and a glimmer of worry.
"It's January 16...2012.."

Ike would of passed that away as a joke if it weren't for Memo's sincere seriousness.
"2012... Did Maddy get back ok?"

Memo almost studdered his words and spoke softly.
"Yea..."
He grabbed Ike's shoulder and led him to sit down on a rock by the ocean.
"Everyone is fine and well."
Water drops still fell from Memo's body and hair. He really didn't even care...his main concern was Ike.

"So I'm still not back yet." He spoke to himself as he sat looking the other way than Memo. He reached for a silver necklace under his polo shirt and attached his pokeball to it, tucking it back into his shirt.
"2012 you said? How've you been? How's Aqua holding up? Musn't be too much to do nowadays."

"Back? As in...time travel?"
Memo watched Ike with a smile as he nodded and then played with his hair. He gave a chuckle to Arreku and explained everything about Archie, Neo Rocket, Imbruimew, Maddy's kids, the demons. and finally Team Frost.
"It's been a little of this that every now and then."
He took off his shirt and wrung it out as Cerza was sitting by Memo just watching everyone with big eyes.
"Remember Arreku?"
Memo pointed to his friend and flipped his hair.

Arekku watched Ike curiously, listening for his answer. "Those transmissions..." He muttered to himself almost inaudibly.

Ike looked over at Memo.
"Maddy and I had a run in with a Celebi not to long-... er, I guess a couple years ago. " 'Cept something went wrong. Celebi keeps sending me to the wrong times... and I think I'm lost now..."
After hearing the word 'transmissions', he jumped up at Arekku.
"You got those!? Oh man... I'd almost given up on getting ahold of you guys with a busted TADS! I mean, I managed to get a hold of Gengar a long while back..."
He pulled out his TADS from his other pocket, revealing a very dinged and heavily repaired device.
"Great seeing you guys! There's a few things I should get done while I'm here. This for starters." He lifted the TADS up. "Let's catch up in a bit!"
Ike ran off down the beach, with somewhat of a younger skip to his step.

"I see."
Memo giggled and watched Ike go about his business as if nothing happened. Memo sighed and closed his eyes as he hugged Cerza and went back into the HQ to shower and change clothes.
"I still want that battle, Arreku!"
He shouted before leaving.

Arekku stood there, completely confused but went back inside before he caught a cold. "Er..." He was completely lost.

Memo quickly cleaned up and got dressed. He went back out into the Common Room and saw Arreku. He messes with his damp hair and then pulled Arreku's Great Ball out of his pouch. He looked at the boy with a cheery expression.

"It's raining outside, so we may as well use the stadium fr an unofficial battle." He stated rather plainly, using a clean dishcloth to dry his hair, he was already in a fresh clean clothes. "Scene cuts are delightful, ready, Memo?"
