"Nuh uhhh."
Memo said playfully as as Chispa sped in with her body shooting off sparks. Memo could've ordered a Volt Tackle, but wanted to to end it without hurting Chispa as much as possible.
"Happy Thunder!"
She closed on the monkey and giggled as her thunder cloaked paws made quick work about tickling the opponent! It was a combo of adorable giggles from one side and excruciating pain on the other as powerful electricity made contact with all of Pansage's body from punches that wanted to make the monkey laugh as well.

Pansage laughed even though it was in great pain, eventually fainting. Rex ran over to the monkey. "Good job buddy." He recalled Pansage. "Good battle Mem-!" Rex said as we sucked into an SIV.

"Phlosionnn!!"
"Chikaa!"
Chispa's victory against 2 opponents rose her confidence and she was beaming with energy!
"Pichuu!"
Memo took his pokemon inside and they took a good rest together in the boy's room.
"I'm ready...Arreku."
He giggled and closed his eyes.

Above Aquos Island, below a cloud, a flash of ice-blue light and a roaring sound filled the air. Within a split second, a figure of a trainer and a pokeball fell out of the sky, unconsciously plummeting to the ocean.

Memo was about to sleep when he and Cerza both heard a commotion outside.
"Chika?"
"Right...let's go."
Memo grabbed his pouch and readied himself. He decided to let Raye and Chispa rest up. He went out onto the beach and saw someone crash into the ocean!
"Cerza come on!"
The duo went out to help the person with a sense of urgency! Memo put in his Aqua Lung and swam out while Cerza stayed on the sand prepared with a Vine Whip to pull Memo and the unknown person in.
"Hold on!"

The trainer crashed into the sea and began to sink. The pokeball slammed into the water as well, releasing bubbles and sinking down below itself. The button on the pokeball dinged as if it were in the process of actually catching a pokemon!
Above where the trainer had crashed, a blue bandanna with Team Aqua's symbol floated to the surface, where it bobbed in the waves.

Memo was near the area and now noticed that a pokeball was falling down under as well!
"!"
He saw the bandanna rise to the top as he neared the sinking trainer!
"An Aqua Member?!"
Memo took out a pokeball and dove even deeper to reach the sinking Aqua Member!
"Ariell!"
His Gorebyss was sent out and she rocketed to the depths to grab the ball while Memo quickly held the person's hand sped to the surface.
"I gotta hurry!"
He thought as he swam up to the light.

The trainer's eyes remained shut and unaware of the events unfolding around him. The pokeball dinged once more and then fell silent, capturing whatever was trying to escape.

Memo breeched the surface and whistled to Cerza out on the sand. He held the trainer's head above the water and then at a second glance realized he knew him!
"Cerza hurry!"
The vines of the Chikorita finally reached the pair where the gently took the boy and reeled him onto land.
"I'll be right back!"
Memo dove once again and met Ariell where she handed him the ball.
"Good job, Ariell. Now let's get back."
The Gorebyss swam her trainer back to land where the trainer was. Memo knelt beside him and checked his pulse and his breathing. He was very urgent with his actions.

Ike suddenly awoke, jerking upward and coughing out water. After a few deep gasps, he looked around to see all the pokemon, and then finally Memo. An expression of both happiness and surprise flashed on his face for a second, but he eyes soon narrowed.
"Memo?"
His eyes then fell over to the ball.

"Ike!"
Memo's face lit up and he hugged the boy tightly. He remembered that when Memo was just a new member Ike was a huge help and good influence.
"Are you ok?!"
Memo saw Ike's gaze fixed on the ball and he quickly handed it to him.
"What were you doing, Ike?"
Memo said as he panted a bit from all the excitement.
"Chikaa?"
Cerza then hopped into Memo's arms.

Ike took the ball but returned his gaze to Memo, a happy one that quickly turned to a suspicious one. He slowly got to his feet.
"You look... different."
He raised his ball at him and all his pokemon as he took a few steps back, somewhat tripping over a bank of sand before regaining his balance. The ball would almost resemble a normal red and white pokeball, if it weren't for some faint etchings around the pokeball's button.
"Are you Team Clone or Aqua?"

Memo tilted his head and played with his hair as his mouth made a pout.
"Ike, it's me. Team Aqua Memo..."
He stood up stood still as Cerza looked a tad bit confused studying the man and Memo.
"I promise you it's me."
He smiled and extended his hand outwards. Memo's gaze then fell upon the ball and he noticed there was something different with it.

"Why do you look older? Did something happen to you?"
