Arekku weighed his options, "Right, I guess something so easy is alright." He teased the boy, waving his hand as if to fan away a stench. "So, single or double?" He kept his teasing smile on his face.

"Ohh. Confident I see."
Memo giggled adorably as he covered his mouth. With his mouth still covered he narrowed his eyes and let the ball fall into Cerza's care.
"But surely it's not all misplaced I hope."
He lowered his hand and stroked his hair.
"I'll leave that up to you."

"All will be revealed in due time." He placed his hand on his hip, "So, since you've challenged me, I suppose you'll be starting?"

The boy flipped his hair and walked back a bit.
"Hmmm."
He readied himself and waited for Arreku's response.

Arekku chuckled, "Fine by me." And waved his hand again to tell Memo to start.

Memo nodded and readied 2 pokeballs. He held them both in one hand. He looked at Chispa and then withdrew her as she nodded and growled with a grin on her face.
"Let's get this started."
He spun and gently kissed both pokeballs before launching them out with amazing grace and a smile to kill.
"Chispa, Raye! Charm up!"
The balls burst open revealing the pokemon, a Pichu and a Typhlsion, and their respective seals. A black smoke seal on Raye's and a golden star seal on Chispa's. As the duo made their way out of their balls and capsules they proceeded into the appeal.
"Chispa! Catch a ride hehe!"
As the little Pichu was flipping out of her ball she landed on one of the stars and rode it around the stage as Raye rose and fixed her posture to let the black smoke well up around her. The dynamic was a sight to behold.
Now, Raye use the fire on your neck!"
As Memo ordered his pokemon to use her fire she let the flames increase in size and intensity letting glittery embers fall into the smoke and wisp about the area as Chispa still played in the air riding the stars and to and from from each one. The acrobatics and speed of the little mouse were certainly the results of hard practices.
"Chispa light up the sky!"
Just then as the Pichu was star hopping, letting particles of golden light fall onto Raye, her fists lit up with sparks and she was pummeling the stars in the sky with a Thunder Punch!
"Now Raye!"
The Typhlosion then lowered herself and then jumped in the air using acrobatics of her own to let the electrified pieces of stardust make contact with her heated body, causing localized bursts of sparks all over her body! Wisps of glittering smoke seemed to follow and making elegant patterns around the duo causing the area to truly become a stage.
"Finsh it!"
As Chispa was on her last star she held onto it and electrified it!
"Go!"
The Pichu then aimed the star down into a crash course with Raye, but as the star made it's way down Raye lifted her head and shot out a Flamethrower to intercept the thunder star! Sparks of hot electricity shot out in all directions around the fire type as the little mouse posed on the star before jumping off and in front of her partner. The grand finale was a spectacular burst of fire and cracking lightning that fell around a valiant, strong Typhlosion and the energetic, feisty Pichu. The showed was meant to highlight the demeanor and appearances of both pokemon together for a compare and contrast of both styles in harmony.

Arekku chuckled, "Great job, friend." He claps halfheartedly, still teasing, but very obviously holding in his enthusiasm. "Alright, let's go, Kari and Sicily! Enter, Stage Right!" He tossed his Pokeballs high into the air. An Electric Seal shot to the ground and a Blue Fire Seal burst at the impact zone revealing both the Blaziken and the Solosis. "Alright, Sicily, Double Team and Psywave!" Sicily's gel spread into multiple bubbles of free floating gel all connected through thin lines his body faded for a moment and small gray bodied appeared in each bubble.
"Kari Poison Jab!" Using his Martial Arts skills, he rapidly Jabbed each bubble with the venomous claws, injecting it with the purple toxin allowing the fluid to spread in wild patterns in the blobs. Of course, Sicily remained floating safely above Kari's head the whole time. "Now, Hi Jump Kick!" Kari jumped straight up into the air, "Sicily! Reflect!" Sicily created a square of reflecting material that Kari landed on, "Now Clone Facade!" All the fake Solosis began glowing with bright red energy, the power increased but the fragile bodies fell apart and gathered above upon hitting the Reflect, but every time they hit, the surface chipped away, becoming floating crystals. As Kari's space thinned out she stood in a more regal pose, her image distorted by the gel running passed her.
"Now! Blaze Kick!" Kari let loose a powerful blow of kicks that broke the rest of the Reflect and allowed her to fall in a flurry of flames, seeming more like a comet. Sicily zoomed after Kari a torrent of gel following after her, "Now! land and Inferno! Sicily Protect!" As soon as Kari hit the ground She turned up blasting out a blast of blue fire with a force that caused the grass surrounding them flattened out flat the wilted slightly. The gel torrent fell into it's obliteration, the poison crystallizing into their odd forms and falling to break into nothing on the ground. As the flames hit the Protect barrier and created a colorful display of flames whipping off behind the gel.
Sicily slowly lowered herself with the colorful barrier surrounding her. As it went away there was a swift flash of light sending out light sparkles.

Memo, Raye, and Chispa watched their opponents quietly and observed their performance.
"Very good."
The boy tilted his head and clapped with his hands near his face. His narrowed eyes gleamed like his teeth as he flashed a smile.
"You ready?"
Memo knew very well that Arreku was amazing, but he kept his cool and took a deep breath.

Arekku visibly, "For sure, this battle will settle it!" He gave a thumbs up to Memo, to prepare the battle.

"Alright then!"
Memo returned the thumbs up and then started the battle.
"Raye! Chispa! Use Turbo Crush Claw...Charged!"
The little Pichu nodded then growled with a smile on her face as she let weak jolts of electricity power up in her fists. She then climbed onto Raye and began stimulating all the pressure points on her body making her muscles twitch and power up. Raye's flame then lit up and became streamlined as her claws glowed brightly. Chispa then hid in the flame and Raye sped in. The super swift attack would have been extremely hard to avoid. Memo smiled ever so slightly.

Memo groggily crawled out of his room and saw Rex.
"Rex?"
He chuckled and then quickly got up to hug his old friend.

Rex turned to see Memo running towards him. He hugged his old friend back. "Memo, it's been so long, how have ya been?" Rex asked. "Did I miss anything important?"

He scratched his head and then snapped.
"Yes! There is a Team Frost that is a new threat."

Rex chuckled. "Meh, shouldn't be much of a problem." Down the hall, the two youths could hear a heavy scuttling. Rex's Crawdaunt wandered into the room and saw Memo. "CRAW!" Crawdaunt charged towards Memo at incredible speeds and tackled Memo down to say "hello".
"Gah! Crawdaunt!" Rex pulled the giant crawfish off of Memo. "Someone is happy to see you." Rex laughed, helping Memo up.
