When I talked to Merlin to change my respawn point, he was not in that room. Try looking around?

The Merlin you need to talk to is on the second floor.

Thanks for the help guys. Rissa's post pretty much answered my question anyway. He's on the second floor BUT you have to actually be in the same room with him for him to appear.

Story for this picture 11:49pm leaving fire giants and forgetting my ardy telly, this guy gave me a cammy tele tab. I broke it and I saw stuff on the ground! So out of just clicking, my sheer luck knabbed me the big items circle w/o the big bone. Right time, right place. cool [edit] I asked the person if she picked up anything, she said no. Apparently I did come at the right time.[/edit]
