Hinote Tosatsu Have you done/observed construction before? Cause you've started in on another job that is incredibly common when setting up foundations. XD Central footings, the base where lally columns are set up, though I suspect these will be more stone pillars. One issue though. I may have forgotten to reference it directly, but the original foundation and first floor are still there, so you're trying to dig into stone or concrete, or whatever they built that from with a shovel. Lol, well, the beginning of my university year we saw a lot of construction and deconstruction of some buildings. And being that it was right next to my bloody class, it was hard not to look over and see how they were doing a few things. Annnnd... Crap eek I actually thought the flooring was destroyed... I might have to edit that because I don't think a shovel is going to break through concrete. >.<

Could you add more to that post? David can't really do anything until all the walls are measured and marked. Reason being they won't mark any walls until they're all measured. Also, the worker wouldn't be the one to go to the far pole. He'd make you do it. Trust me, I've been on your side of the line MANY times in the past. The only time the guy holding the measurement side will move is when he needs a measurement that doesn't include that first corner.

Right, folks, the inactivity here has gotten to the point of ridiculousness where Luo is asking me about it. We need to do something. So, I'm going to make you an offer.
We can timeskip the rest of the rebuilding/repair phase. I'm thinking two months. You can finish the mission you're on, or leave it. If it's more than half done, payment will still be given.
I'm also considering, since the skip is a bit long, allowing everyone to autolearn a single jutsu, requiring only that they possess the scroll to learn it, or the funds to purchase the scroll. Maxing at B rank, since higher can be a tad OP to give for "Free".
So, do you want to do a time skip, or continue from where we left off? The third option is to continue this spike of inactivity and let the village die, again. I really don't want to be the next in a long line of failed kazekages, but it takes a village here.
