You know Oxy... 20/25 vision isn't actually a good thing...
Anyway, Can someone come teach me medical.jutsu and/or earth jutsu? For some strange reason, no one in ROCK is able to teach me these things. All I know is some basic and genin level medical jutsu and I'm not even sure if it was a legal learn because Ice basically said "take these scrolls and learn them yourself." The rules state I can't though. But yeah, No has taught me the basic jutsu, such as Kai and tree walking. Ultimately, I'm unprepared for the exams. So... Could someone help me?

that's because rock is currently without anyone over the rank of chuunin i believe.
I'll teach you if you accidentally get lost wandering around your village and somehow end up in sand.

@Oxy- yeah, and there is this whole thing about them taking over the village, and taking hostages, i just love the whole plot. But now things are going to be abitt boring, but not at the sametime.
