Alright Kirigakure, given the long time that Luo has been absent, I now declare the fight over, and a timeskip to take place. The aftermath of the fight was that Luo owned all of us (even you, matsuya). This will cause people to become depressed, angered at teammates, motivated, or whatever your character may feel after getting sufficiently owned. Start out anywhere you want (For instance, I will be starting out with Yamatano finally fully recovered from his injuries), but please try to engage in RP that does not require help from the Mizukage, or too many other people. Take the Minecraft approach, and give yourself a project to do before relying too much on others to help with the RP. New arrivals, I recommend that you simply RP yourselves as fresh graduates from the academy, and do low-ranked (E) missions before trying to learn jutsu. These missions will not require the permission of the Mizukage or an elder shinobi, for the sake of activity. Older Shinobi, take this time to learn jutsu on your own. The timeskip is three weeks, starting now. Post anywhere within Kirigakure.

Right, gotta take a short break from Kiri then so I can try and get Kumo back on it's feet. you shouldn't be without Masaki for too long though.
As a side not I think that the force attacking Luo wins, and Masaki levels up to Super Sannin IV from all of the bonus EXP

So is it safe to assume that everything me and Luo discussed in Pm and in occ still stands? (ie. my plan to become an information broker, take Ayame's character on as an apprentice, and become the secret sannin of kirigakure)
I'd just assume so, but I'll just ask anyway.

Okie dokie then. I'm going to start out at the inn in my secret lodgings, Storm. So if you want to do the same (assuming you haven't already started somewhere else) you could ask Matsuya for it and he'd be more than happy to give you the location of the summoning land.
