I'm not sure yet, if I'm back permanently or not.
I still have yet to apologize to my family for the way I treated them.
Bad thing is, is that I can't find the words to say.
This is all very frustrating.
All in all, I just want things to go back to the way they were.
In other news, I went to my psychologist and cried like a baby in her office. I actually curled up and squeezed the life out of a couch cushion, because I was really upset and guilty.
It felt good to cry.
(I feel sorry for the cushion though...)

Hello all. So I need to get ready for boot camp... the problem is when I run it feels as tho I can not breath. Anyone have any suggestions?
