I was just wondering. The jutsu; Oblivious (the special technique that comes with the Seal of the Reeds) makes it so no one can use any jutsu for three turns. Does that technique (or any other like that) have any affect on tailed beasts?

Does that technique (or any other like that) have any affect on tailed beasts? it would depend, If you are using the beasts natural abilities like that one girl that had the two tailed cat, than no. But if you are naruto, using the chakra to make a thousand clones than yes. As long as you are using the abilities of the demon and not using the demons chakra to charge techniques, than it should be fine.

If I thought about it I might know but I don't feel like thinking. -adjusts "I'm Lazy" sign on neck- Anywho, I have a song for you guys. I'm curious to know if anyone has heard the song or if they know what opheliac is. Hello to everyone in the guild! i'm not going to quite send pms to everyone in the guild who is new, but i will say this.
Hello new people! I'm Metal Mist(you can use either side of the name, no seems to be sure what i should be called at all times that is shorter. so decide as long as it isn't something that isn't from the name.) anyway, im not a mod, but i know stuff, so questions are welcome. i will not be pming people because that would take me a while. so this is an introduction for anyone who cares.

Komen is the name. And no. I was not going for the name Gomen Nasai (Sorry in Japanese) It's just a play on words ^_^
Anyways. I'm classified as the update mod here. So you can ask me anything regarding techniques if you need help on passing them. I'll try to make them work ^_^ Also if you need something updated quick or ar stuck on something you can pm me as well.

Komen- i never thought of that, although it would make sense after having watched higurashi, every episode has gomen said at least 10 times
yawn, so bored.... i should probably have my homework done for tomarrow but, then again... >_>

Komenusai I don't know what you are getting at. So I'll just go out on a limb and guess XDDD,
You cannot cash in posts that are outside of the RP world. Update threads, made up threads and anything dealing with the outside the RP cannot be cashed toward your character.
And yes you have to make every 15k in order to earn another made up slot where you can create another made up for your character.
And yes. It is a rather nice idea. Just a bit too powerful. Reminds me of something in an anime. XDD but what doesn't now a days. Also try to keep OOC chatter in the OOC thread ^_^

Don't mind me, as far as beig outside of OOC threads, and that kind of thing. lol. I just wanted to get that down, since it as on the post. I mean, if e continued there it could have been a problem, but one or two posts, isn't going to kill anything~
Did you really see something of it in an anime? I know the image for the eyes is from one. But the idea, I don't even know where I got it from o.o;
