I'm happy, because we were worried that his charges might have been uped to murder, but instead, his father died of a heart attack. I mean, its horrible that he died. But its good that it isnt from what Ninja did.

His mom is fine, so is his sister (She just had a cut on her face). She has some cuts on her hand, but besides that shes fine. And shes more worried about Ninja, then the fact that her husband just died. We managed to talk with her after the hearing. His aunt told us when the funeral was. She also told us before she left that next time we talk with him, to make sure that he knew that his father loved him. Even with what he did.

*nod* This has been going on since May. (AP test week gonk )
But things are finally starting to look a little better. We are still hoping that they drop two of the attempted murder charges, because it wasnt aimed at the mother or sister. And we are hoping the the third one is dropped as well, but 1 is better then 3. 3nodding

The newspaper report on it. Some of the comments are from people I know as well. This is the second news thing They completely blew the injuries out of proption, Although I never saw the father.
But like I said, since all of this first came out, things are doing better. His girlfriend has been in every Saturday to see him. (His mother is leaving that spot open for us to visit) And I've gotten to see him once, besides today at the hearing. But while I was talking to him, he was still able to identify a bronze dragon picture from D&D. (His girlfriend had them in her notebook)
