"Because he was in the middle of the hallway from just being turned back from a dog." Sapphire says chuclking slightly. "I don't know if it happens to you or not, but he didn't have some wardrobe on."

Baizou scooted a little closer as she drew away, "Then what is the matter?" He asked in a whiny tone, inching with her as she tried to move away.

Kaen grimaced. "I would be running too actually." She got to her feet and stretched. "I think I'm going to go for a walk before it gets too much darker outside. See you later." She crossed to the front door and walked out.

She stuck her tongue out and blew a royal rasberry in his face. "Noooothiiiiiing." she whined, and stuck her tongue out. "You just make me feel like I do things far too good, but they weren't really all that great.." she said, and blushed a deep red, poking his forehead.

Baizou's ears dropped, "It does not look like much, now. But you know I could litterally suffer without things like these." He told her, putting his arms around her, "If Tomokazu had found me a minute later on that day, I would have died."

"Hey Kaen, wait for me. I'll go with you," Sapphire said, crossing to the door, stopping only to grab her bow and quiver, then followed Kaen out the door.

Aerric stood and wandered from his book, setting his dishes in the sink, and leaned in the doorframe of the kitchen. "I know I must be pestering you, Ritsuko. But, do you want any help?" he asked, smiling, and looking a little shyly at the ground.

Baizou seemed satisfied and let go, kissing her forehead. "All right." he said, sipping his tea, "How is yours?" He asked, gesturing to her mug.

Ellie let out a stifled giggle-snort, not mentioning the fact that it was sweeter because some oen else had labored for it. "It is perfect, love." she said, nodding her head and sipping at it happily.
