The double doors to the tavern swung open as a dark figured wandered in silently. With its hood up and head looking down, the mysterious figure seemed to glide over to the wooden bar counter. The hooded person looked like a shadow in the bar, its cloak following closely next to it as though it was part of its being. Stealing a seat nearest to the wall in front of the counter, the figure raised its hooded head a bit to glance around the somewhat rowdy tavern. Several Drows rested within the place as well as other interesting creatures usually not seen on the surface.

"My. What an interesting setting." The figure amusingly muttered as he raised its head a little more to glance down the bar counter. Lights from a candle invaded the shadowy mask within the hood, revealing the stranger's hidden face. Though instead of the usual features of your average bar customer, this figure was featureless. Instead, if one was to be observing the person sitting at the bar, would notice that the dark being had no face or color but a mask split into two colors: black and white. Slits where the eyes were located allowed the piercing blue orbs of the figure to watch in silence the scene around him, taking note that the barkeep was now walking towards him.

Listening to the list of selected beverages quietly from the bartender, the masked figure slipped one of his black gloved hands from within his cloak out and motioned the male away. "Not interested in drinking. More in the company." He muttered, his voice carrying a nonchalant and bored tone within it. Nodding his head while narrowing his eyes on the stranger, the barkeep grunted in dissatisfaction as he went to the other patrons at the bar. The eyes seemed to dance around the tavern, drinking up the area and keeping mental notes of who sat where and mainly, who was openly carrying a weapon and who knew to keep their weapon hidden. Though there was a small chance someone in the place was unarmed, the masked Drow knew better. No Drow goes anywhere unless they got some means of defense.

Then again, the bar was a "no weapon" place. But that wasn't going to stop the masked figure from keeping his weapon on him. Instead, the dark being decided to keep it hidden beneath his large cloak with one of his gloved hands on the hilt just in case. Though he doubt trouble would be caused here, the change in temperature within the room and that odd chill running up his spine quickly made him doubt the thought. Looking for the source of his unease, he noticed the two Abyssal creatures as they embraced each other a few feet away from him.

"Interesting tavern this is..." The Drow whispered from behind his porcelain faceplate, glancing away from the couple to look over to the variety of drinks behind the counter.
