"I didn't have time to install one. Although, teleporting is faster than that."
They come to two more rooms. The one on the left had a purple light coming from under the door and the other had red smoke.
"I choose the purple one."
The door swung open as soon as Maddy walked towards it, and as they entered the room they could see it was filled with torches and what seemed to be blood on the floor, all surrounding a pile of bones.
"Huh... I guess some sort of ritual went on here or something."
She walked over and examined one of the torches. She jumped when she noticed the candle in the torch was looking at her.
"It's so cute!!"
The Litwick spit a small ball of fire at her and disappeared.
"Awww..."
The flames from all the other torches came to life, revealing a bunch of Litwick, Lampent and a few Chandelure.
"Ooooooh, I guess fighting one of each will suffice."

Me: Hmm... Aerodactyl, Earthquake.
*2 of the 3 faint right off the bat*
*Chandelure hits Aerodactyl with a Will-O-Wisp, which Aerodactyl feels*
Me: Crap... Earthquake again!
*The Chandelure goes down... and then a Rotom comes out of a real Chandler*
Me: Now my interest is captured. Crunch!
*Aerodactyl bites down hard into Rotom*
*Rotom Discharges, KOing Aerodactyl*
Me: Sandile, go!
*Sandile comes out*
*Rotomo hits Sandile weakly with a a Shadow Ball*
Me: Bite!
*Sandile bites down hard into Rotom doing good damage*
Me: Ultra Ball go!
Wiggle... Wiggle... Wiggle... DING!
Me: And now its captured.

Maddy threw out a Pokeball, Emp bursting out of the ball in a burst of bright white light as his trainer was approached by one of each Ghost-type.
"Emp! Use a Surf attack!"
The Empoleon summoned a large wave of water, washing over the three Ghosts. The Litwick and Lampent were both KO'd, but the Chandelure managed to just barely hang on. It countered with a Flamethrower, dealing a decent amount of damage to Emp.
Maddy took an empty Greatball from her pocket, hoping it would be good enough to catch the greatly weakened Chandelure. The Ghost/Fire Pokemon was sucked into the balls depths.
Shake...
Shake...
Shake...
... Ding! Chandelure was caught!
Maddy smiled and returned Emp, and picked her new prize off the floor.
"Awesome. Let's go to the next room."
Walking across the hall, she entered the next room, opening the door and watching as red fog poured out. It was hard to see in the room with all the fog, and it seemed to thick to even blow away with a Defog move.
"Hmmm... Atreyu must have something special hidden in this particular room."

"Well, I feel fine." Maddy said with a shrug.
Suddenly, all the fog began to merge together into several shapes, forming a group of Ghastly, Haunter and Gengar. However, these Ghosts were different. They were red instead of purple and appeared to possess fire abilities.
"Ghost/Fire Gengar. Cool."
A voice boomed from nowhere, "Don't you dare catch them! It took me a long time to tweak them to become part Fire!"
"I guess I'll settle for beating them up then." Maddy sighed, disappointed.
She sent out Giratina.

Me: Sharpedo. Surf them all.
*Ghastly and Haunter go down right away*
Sharpedo: What is this?
*Gengar then Fire Blasts Sharpedo in a great flaming star*
Sharpedo: This thing is the stupidest thing I've ever seen, I'm killing it.
*Sharpedo then does a critical crunch... and yeah, no more Gengar*
Me: That... was quicker than expected. eek

"Giratina, Shadow Claw the Ghastly!"
Giratina did as commanded and with a mighty swipe of it's claw the Ghastly was defeated. Gengar and Haunter teamed up and merged Shadow Ball attacks, hitting Giratina square in the chest with the powerful Shadow Ball. But it wasn't enough to make the powerful legendary dragon falter.
"Giratina, use Shadow Claw again to take out that Haunter!"
With another swipe of it's claw, Giratina KO'd the Haunter. Gengar used a Shadow Claw of its own, landing a critical hit on Giratina. Giratina was hit hard, but could still continue to fight on.
"Giratina! Finish this with Shadow Force!"
Giratina disappeared, and Gengar protected itself in an attempt to prevent damage. But Giratina's attack worked around Gengar's defenses, and the Pokemon was KO'd by the powerful blow of Giratina's Shadow Force.
Maddy returned Giratina, glad that they had conquered all the rooms.
"The kids must be upstairs with the candy. Now if we could just find Maggie and get the keys..."
Maggie appeared above Maddy and dropped the keys on her trainer's head, seeing that they had beat the challenges.
"Thanks..."
With that, Maddy went out into the hallway to the door that led up into the attic above them. The door had several locks on it to make sure anything put in the room would be kept safe. She unlocked each lock and opened the door, revealing a staircase that spiraled upwards to the attack. She climbed up the stairs into the next room to find the kids sitting on the floor and candy wrappers everywhere.
"Mehhh... I hope there's at least some candy left over to leave for the other members..."

Maddy teleported back to HQ with her kids (after making sure the haunted house was destroyed) and put a bowl of Rare Candies on the kitchen table in HQ. She took 2 Rare Candies for herself.
"I guess if anyone wants any, they can take 2 for themselves. Anyways, I need sleep. Good night, Brian!"
She disappeared with her kids.

Arekku walked into the main room, "I feel as though I missed something..." He could only look around, wondering if there was something different about the room. Finally he noticed a bowl sitting on a table. "Halloween candy?" He wondered over to notice the bright blue candies with the large RC in fancy lettering, "Rare Candies? I wonder if..." He noticed the note sitting next to the bowl, "'Take two', huh? Fine by me~!" He chuckled and took two of them. "I wonder who needs them more..." He walked to PC and looked through his boxes a few times.

Arekku jumped hearing the teleporter activate, he turned to see Maddy coming through, "Oh, heya Maddy. You look run down..." After a few seconds he realized that his statement could have been misunderstood, "I-I mean tired! Tired." The sergeant inwardly face palmed. "A-Anyway, can I get you to approve of a few evolutions? I've asked before, but my requests have been ignored and or forgotten."

"Yeah, sure. What Pokemon? And do they have all the required points?"

Arekku nodded, getting Mandy and Zoey, his Quilava and Golbat. Mandy had all of her points and Arekku pulled out the Heart Stone required to evolve Zoey. "Yup, everything's here." He smiled.
