I'm not good a pickup lines. But my personal best one is, "Might I ask where you got that *clothing item*? I have to admit, I think you have a great sense of style."
Never pick shirt either. Belt's kind of lame. NEcklace, earrings, shoes especially. Kind of means you were attracted to her, but not in a physical way. Want to really sell the thing, you can always talk about how anyone can be naked, but not anyone can have a personal flair in the way they dress.
As for drinks, the only thing in my dorm right now is a martini.
