I striked the people that will most likely get demoted.
Noir because he has never done any mod work.
Klmachpin because she is never around either, but she has done a lot of work in the past.
Komen because he keeps leaving for long periods of time for other guilds. and Ke-Ke because she left...forever.

Komen shall remain a mod since he still keeps up with the updates [Training Completion and such] He just doesn't post much.
