Gaia Online would certainly be shut down, as would Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Myspace, Linked In, Live Journal, Failblog (all associated sites), all emailing services everywhere, & basically everything. Famous last words: "Did you say that you wanted to talk to someone? Write a letter you stupid youngins!"
I think Congress has gotten too old.
