So I ran into my first Snag today for the New Guild I want to build.
The Question and whoever can answer this will get something If I like your answer.
QUESTION: We are running based on a Stat/ Dice System....I just answered my question.I believe. But I will ask anyways.
How much damange should powers do? -Answered- Powers will reflect off of stats that intern reflect off one of the basic stats I.E Strength, Willpower, Ect tra...Then I will add Modifiers too. ^___^
how should we limit people to their power...I mean i figure we don't want people running around with every power right? but then again I want people to be able to have a nice custom hero.
Like a person can have err
Fire power, then combine it with Super Human Strength and then Heat Vision. or some crap like that.
But I don't want people with Energy Manipulation, Weather Control, shadow meld, and technopathy...
errr I want to work this out...

Hmm its been a while since ive sone something like this and it was not a super hero guid-like thing. sorry my answers are going to be half brained because i just got off work and havent been to sleep yet.
basically have people have a limited amount of powers ie. 5 powers at a certain level. also you might want to try having their stats decide what kinds of powers they can get ie. will at a certain level you can get telekinesis or strength at a certain level super strength.

also you can have different tiers of powers hnd have people only able to get certain amount of powers from each tier.

drago! i say you should put powers in tiers of ability and give them a certain number of each tier.
for example
super strength could be tier 1, flying could be tier 2 x ray vision could be tier 3 and so on. and let people have a certain number from each tier like when they start off they can have 1 ability from each tier or something

Ah Well That Acutally Makes Since I like that better. I could seperate them into tiers like that.
