Aly straighten a touch and turned to see the human, male she had spied earlier talking to Waffle. It appears he is quite observant. Must make note of that. she thought as she turned to face him full on to give him a weak smile.
"I presume you are a new member...I'm sorry about my current condition in meeting you," her voice was soft, but her word flowed out quickly. Yet she kept one arm around her waist as she held out a hand. Then quickly thought better of it, as she saw her light gray skin tone hand peck out of her sleeve. "My name is Alylochar Crescent. I am one of two technology experts in the team. If you have need of me, just ask. Now then...I must go get something to eat, lest I faint here on the spot.
She turned back toward the kitchen only to see Louie and KD already there. Kd was being her normal nonchalant self, while Louie was glaring something fierce at her. No, she thought as she shuffled further inside. He is glare at the male behind me. I wonder why? Nothing in his files, from what I could get my hands on, pointed at anything abnormal with..Forget that, I have more important things to consider, like my current health.

Luciano and Michelle were making their exit out of Luciano's office, Michelle had some envelopes in her hand and Luciano was just tucking a pencil behind his ear, ". . . So, if you could do that for me, it would be great!" Michelle smiled and nodded, "I don't mind! I'll mail these for you!" Luciano kissed her on the cheek and whispered a 'Thank you' to her just before parting ways for the day.

Waffle waited for Michelle to leave before sneaking up to Luciano and playfully tapping his shoulder with small bony fingers to get his attention. When she spoke, however, it became clear she wasn't playing.
"Hey. What drove you to bring some blonde monkey in here? I thought this group was supposed to be just elves," she said, "Half-elves I don't care for, but this is weirding some of us out."

Luciano looked down at Waffle, he motioned her into his office, then once inside Luciano sat on his desk and folded his arms, "Jade is only shadowing me, Waffle, don't make such a big deal about it," Luciano pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose, and then he said, "And while he's here, I expect you- AND Sabe- to treat him as you would treat The Don; In other words, NO zapping for lulz."

"Fine..." Waffle grumbled. At least it's better than letting that little pig actually join us.
The request was ridiculous enough to slacken her expression. "Well, that's all I was really here for. Need anything done?"

"Actually,. . ." Luciano began, he grabbed Louie Underhill's file and he said, "After I finish talking to Jade, I would like for you to send for: Louie Underhill. He's now working for us with his sister, Rosemary."

"Mkay," Waffle said as she got up and was about to leave, "I guess that means call him over to you about half an hour or so or...whatever from now?"
Waffle didn't expect that little question to be answered, and with that she left the office.

Luciano smiled as Waffle walked away. The group was going through some major changes; Some happening too fast, and some that just were overall unexpected. But as he quietly sat on his desk, he began to think:. . . He was handling this quite well.

(OMG, where have I been...?)
Nari awoke with a start. She heard a few voices downstairs and lifted herself off of her bed. "Mmm...what?" she mumbled groggily. Last thing she remembered, she received a message from one of her consultants and had to revise one of her company's prototypes immediately to meet an important deadline. Blue prints, scratch paper, and her work laptop were strewn across the bed around her. "Mmm...guess I should clean this up..." After she tidied the area, she went to the bathroom and freshened up. She made her way downstairs to grab some food before she got back to her work. "Life of a CEO...ugh. Hope we have some fruit," she grumbled to herself.

Aly's voice brought Louie out of his angry trance and he forced his face to change the expression it was showing. He cracked his neck and gave Aly a small smile, "Good morning."

Pen wondered about the HQ trying to calm down for the second time today. Her orignal destination was Luc's office but figuring that she was still agittated she passed it and went up a few floors to cool off.
It wasn't because she hated Jade that she wandered. All this pent up frustration had to be coming from somewhere and all Pen could figure that it wasn't hatred. If she hated him then this would be easy, lure him into the dojo and kick his butt so he couldn't sit for the rest of his life. No, though punching him was definitely a stress release, killing him would not bring back the calmness she once had.
Why am I so stressed around him? And why does he hang around?
Finally she made it back to Luc's office. With a knock, she entered putting the box on his desk.
"Do you know what that is?"

"Nice to see you too, Pen," Luciano said, then took the box into his hands. He carefully inspected it, then he said, "Well, it looks like a box, Pen. ." Luciano looked up at her, over the rim of his glasses and he said, "Other than the obvious, I've no idea. D'you know?"

Rolling her eyes she sighed and brought a tired smile back to her face.
"No." Pen sat in one of the chairs in his office, a little tired from her walk and pondering. "It came in this morning's mail just address to the 'Kuro Gang Black Ops'. Other than Jade its been bothering me all morning."

"Hmmmmm. . ." Luciano began. He pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose, and then inspected the box a little more; 'I wonder if the Don knows anything about this?' Luciano thought to himself. He looked up at Pen again, he said "Should we call up Cordell and The Don about this?"

"Or save the call and just open it. Since it was just address to us I thought the boss should open it. So what do you say Boss Bro."
Pen really wanted to know what was inside and quite frankly she her own ideas where it came from. It couldn't have gone through the public mail with that address so it came from an organization inside the Kuros. So what ever it was would be clue where it came from.
