he stared at Togan and then back at Nebride.
it was clear she wanted him to break the news about her marriage.
"um...hi Togan" he said scrathing his head. in truth he hardly knew this boy.
"yeah hi Gwendar" was togans quick reply
it was obvious he cared little about what he had to say. he was to busy looking over at Gren.
"um me and Nebride are getting married" he said quickly hoping that this moment would best end quickly.
Togan:
he spun around in total shock.
"WHAT!!.....are u kidding you hardly know her!" he yelled.
he couldnt understand what was rong with everybody.
i mean making friends with the elves was one thing BUT MARRYING THEM TOO!!!
"sure shes pretty but what on earth convinced you to marry her after 3 days?" he asked in a more civilized tone.
he could hardly bother listening to Gwendars speech on how he loved her and yadda yadda yadda.
for a supposed master warrior he talked like a female poet.
"ok i get it u like her....anyway what happened with the dark wizard" it was a question that had been plaguing him since he was left out of the fight
he noticed that as gwendar was talking about when they were fighting Valco that he seemed to skip from there encounter with the emperor to them in the village.
"but what happened before u came to the village?....you couldnt have been here for that long?"
gwendar seemed to blush and avoid the question.
it didnt take him long to realize.
"HAHA oh no wonder your marrying her" he joked
Gwendar proceeded to tell him to shut up and give him a friendly punch in the arm.

i gave nebride another hug. this was great. early, but great. "i should probably get back to togan. don't wanna leave him alone with gwendar for too long if you know what i mean."
with a wave i walked back out to the road where togan and gwendar were chatting. "hey guys" togan was laughing hystarically. "whats so funny?"

((hey guys. i won't be on for a couple of days. so don't get too far ahead. i'd like to come back and not be totally lost. sweatdrop last time that happened to me i thought my head would explode burning_eyes rofl . so please don't get too far ahead 4laugh ))

Nebride smiled as she took a hold of Gwendar's arm. "There is something else I need to tell you." She pulled him a little ways away from the others.
She walked quietly with Gwendar for a minute. "Jeroviah gave you the ability to fight Valco. He gave you the power of the elves. Although you were not born one of us, you have managed to keep the powers. You will live longer than most humans. You could live hundreds of years, just like us." Nebride turned to face him.
"Gwendar--please say something."

he had long suspected that he would have some other effect of Jeroviahs gifts.
"i guess that means i get to live with u that much longer" he said kissing her.

Nebride threw herself into the kiss. She was happy that Gwendar was okay with it. That was all that mattered. "I was afraid you would be upset," she whispered when they finally pulled apart. "I didn't want you to be upset."

he asked looking around at the villagers.
"we also have to organize getting back to the lake too"

Nebride glanced around at the vilagers. All of them had grown tired of staring at the others and had gone back to their business. "We will tell them in the morning."
Jut then Jane came walking back towards them. "Their rooms are ready now."
"Very good. Togan--Gren--would you like to clean up?" Nebride asked. When they both expresses their delight she nodded.
"Ver well--come with me." Jane turned and led the two away.

Grael?..*takes a drink of his tea*....*walks into the tent and sees thats its been ravaged teh maps scrolls have been thrown every where the chest that was supposed tomake it look like ti they had the money to pay the mercs was tiped and open and there where obvious signs of a struggle there was a bit of blood on the ground and a spot where it looked like 2 bodies hit the floor* .....this is not good.....it looks like he went out fighting...cant say im surprised.....damnit..not good

*rushes out of the tent in a hurry*..... where the hell is every one and why did this happen at a time like this* he says as he sees a small trail of dry blood leading to the river*...well thats a good hint......*starts to follow the trail* i really wish nebride and the others where hereor at least togan *he sas as he stops at a small river where he sees 3 soldiers one critticly wounded and grael who was tied up in chains at the base of the of a small tree while the soldiers started to bathe*....perfect timing they have no armor...but none teh less its disgusting

a few soldier had taken everyone from the camp......they had taken them all as prisoners.
