Reiku rushed back out side and loaded Twilight in to the hanger and straped it down with what he could find. He then rushed to the bridge. He didn't feel like flying backwards when the ship took off into the sky. As he got into the bridge he sat down in the redar control seat and let out a sigh. " When we get airborn hopefully we can get everthing stright again like before. " He thought to himself as he looked over his sholder towards rain.

Rain looked over towards Reiku and shot him a cold, nasty look. "What're you looking at?" she asked bitterly. She was not in the mood for being nice and pleasant to others. Having been recently thrust with the job of temporary captain, Rain was already feeling the stress of trying to get these lazy bums moving, and Quinn, the one she needed most at this point in time, was being the hardest of them all to move.

He shook his head and looked back at the computer. He wanted to get into the air and not worry about things on the ground. he pressed the comlink botten to quinns room. " You might want to get your butt up here before rain finds the lead pipe under kayako's captain's chair. " He closed it before the segway man could reply. He was still mad at him for what he did with the ship in the first place.

Quinn, of course, didn't hear Reiku, because he was already inside the bridge when the boy contacted his quarters. He strode in, tugging at his towel absentmindedly, and asked, "Has anybody got any spare clothes I can borrow?" A short pause. "Ya know... a pair of slacks...? Anything...?" The silence continued until he sat at the pilot's seat, keeping his head down low before Rain scowled at him.
"Uhhh, you wanted us to go where again?"

Rain was not scowling at him for she was too busy staring in shock. Of all her years she had never seen anything like that and never again would she want to. Shaking her head and looking away. "Just get the ship into the air," ordered nervously. "I'll figure out where to go after that. I just... want this thing in the air!"
She continued to look away until Quinn was sitting in the pilot's seat, the seatback acting as a visual barrier for anyone staring in that direction.

"Yes, ma'am," spoke the pilot quietly. A low rumbling rocked the ship as the engines kicked in, followed by an abrupt end to both as Quinn realized they were just driving themselves further into the sand, due to some unfortunate ramp someone had placed by the landing gear. He flicked a switch and activated the thrusters near the neck that were used for backing, and slowly pulled out of the pit they had dug themselves into.
"Jeez, what did you guys do with my ship while I was taking a shower...?" He placed his right arm on the back of his seat and peered over, taking care not to run into something behind them.
Then he realized that the ship didn't have a back windshield.
The observational deck weakened as the engines burned into it, followed by the rest of the ship plowing it over. Quinn smiled, completely unaware of this, and moved the stick shift to the option indicated by a marker that said, "GO REALLY FAST." They launched off with the lifeguard seat swinging madly on one of the guns.
Meanwhile, Johanna was unconscious.

reiku laughed as the ship took in to the air. " Quinn i'll get you cloths. " He got up and walked down from the bridge towards his room. As he entered a bucket of cold sea water fell on his head. " That was cold...... " He sighed as he looked into his drews and found a green t-shirt and a green ripped pants. " Green was never my color. " He laughed as he walked back to the bridge.

As Quinn did his thing taking off, Rain's hand was temporarily glued to her forehead. "I hate Kayako..." she whispered quietly so only she could hear.
Getting out of the chair now that they were airborn, she went to whatever little station held maps and stuff on it and scanned them over. Looking at the dot that represented their ship, she compared it to all the other dots. "The closest town is this one," she said. "Location..." and she finished saying whatever the code for the location was since this narrator does not feel like making one up.

Suddenly, time passed very quickly, and they were at their destination, which happened to be exactly wherever that code led them. It was a town, as previously stated. Quinn brought them down without incident into a maintenance shop, where the workers began to repair the giant, red skycutter.
Everyone was happy.
Until they got the bill.

Reiku unloaded his machine and started to do a quick over look of the main computer system. '' One bug in the hole line of code and its for the weapon system go fingure. ' he sighed as he pulled out a labtop from under the seat and started to fix the broken code until it came up a bright blue color.

As the others mulled about, minding business of their own, Rain was conversing with the head of the repair shop. As (temporary) captain, it was her duty to discuss such things. Now that she had her mind back, he realized what a mind it was now. All of that training with Ivan during those recent months really got her ready for the world. Probably more so than any hippy commune could over teach.
Currently, she was holding her head from the massive headache she was receiving. After looking at the bill, she realized they were in deep doodoo. The ship, it turned out, was not as badly damaged as previously guessed, but it was still no buff job. The repair was going to cost a lot and they had no money at all. Sitting down with the head repairman, they were going over ways in which the crew could pay.
"Ok, soo... How about the able bodied males help you repair other things that come into your shop? They can work off part of the bill. Since it is so big, myself and..." She paused. Rain realized that currently the only females aboard the Ragnarök was herself and that Johanna girl. Her head went back into her hands again. "We'll find some way of paying the rest off." The old man seemed empathetic to their situation. He agreed to the terms and he and Rain shook hands on it.
Rain walked back to the crew and announced the plans. "All you guys have to help in the shop. And bust your butts hard! I don't want to dilly dally in here forever. Johanna, come with me."

Johanna followed after the girl with a sigh--not one of annoyance, but relief.
"Stay the hell away from my room, Quinn!" shouted the frazzled woman before she thought of a certain, indecent hand gesture to display. Her boots clanged loudly on the steel floor but progressed to a soft thud as they hit the concrete, followed by the shuddering clamor of the bent sheet metal that served as a garage door. Once she had ducked underneath, the sun hit her eyes with unnatural intensity, causing her to lift a hand in defense.
"We're not going to a whorehouse, are we?" asked the woman thoughtfully.

Rain, too, held her hand up to block the blinding light of the sun from her eyes. She looked up and down the streets of the town It was a quaint little establishment. It seemed to be the type that tourists liked to go to to get that cute little town sense and feel.
"Don't worry," she laughed. "Nothing like that. I just wanted to tell you that you're free to do whatever job you want around her. Dog walker, baby sitter, store monkey, whatever you want. Just make sure it pays good and work hard everyday! Like I said before, I don't want to be stuck here forever." Rain then began to walk away down the street. Waving at Johanna, she added, "Catch ya later!"
Before wanting to start off on her own job, she wanted to check in with Kayako. She had remembered that the hospital she was checked into happened to be in this town. With hope and luck she was better and could take charge again. On an added note, Rain really wanted to see Ryouki.
After much meandering and asking directions, Rain finally found the hospital. Walking up to the receptionists desk, she asked for one Kayako Wakamiya. Before the nurse could answer where she was, a distinctive and familiar scream came from down the hall.

"LEMME AT 'IM!! LEMME AT 'IM!!! THE BOY MUST DIE!!!!"
CRASH
"Kayako pleeeease! We'll be here forever if you don't-"
"Foot's fine! Leg's fine! I AM FINE! LEMME GO!"
After a few more crashing noises, one of which that sounded like a cord snapping causing some kind of liquid to fly everywhere, Asuka ran from the room she had been in like a bullet out into the hallways, making a bee-line for the from desk of the hospital. Obviously, she was thinking of hailing a team of staff, but spotting Rain standing there she decided she was better for the job.
"RAIN! Thank god! Could you pleeeeease do something? Everything was fine at first, but then she got all mad about the food and then Ryouki got hit with the tray, then I though it was gonna be okay after that but then stupid Gray made a joke about it and now she's mad and Ryouki can't hold her forever and I she's going to kill us all and HEEEEELP MEEEEEE!"

Rain turned to look where the yelling came from to see Asuka come upon her. Stiffening up a bit, her face contorting in a nervous and confused way, she tried to calm her down. "Calm down!" she told her. "It'll be ok! I'll try and get her to normal again... whatever that is for her." Before running off to asist, she glanced at the receptionist. She was shaking her head over and over again.
"She's been like this the whole time she's been here. I can't wait until they discharge her."
Making a little expression with her mouth, Rain walked down the hall. Coming to Kayako's room, she walked in and saw what Asuka had pretty much told her. Ryouki trying to hold down an angered Kayako who was kicking and screaming to get at Gray. "Hey, Kayako!" she greeted sweetly. "SHUT UP!!" her voice changed radically into one of gruff anger.
