Aki and Mioko share a long, deep look, as if they were speaking to each other wordlessly.
"The girls?" Aki asks suddenly.
"They know... and they know what must be done if he joins her. They are willing to fight him, kill him if necessary. So am I... as hard as it would be, I couldn't stand to see my brother willingly under her control... knowing what he is capable of, I couldn't imagine what else he might do, given the power," Mioko replies.
Aki sighs heavily, and nods.
"I'll be there for you, Mimi. We all knew we may have to fight him someday. At least we could... take him out quickly...." Aki says, looking gloomy.
After a few minutes of silence, Mioko finally pipes up and says, "Well now that you know what's up, lets not dwell on it. Blank's here meeting all your awesome friends and we should show him a good time! Whadd'ya say we all go to the usual spot and have a couple drinks?"

Aki smiles at Blank and wraps her arm around his shoulders.
"Mimi, you go get the girls and the drinks, we will meet you there in say... half an hour? It'll be almost dark by then and we can light a small fire," she says, grinning at Mioko.
"Sounds good to me. See you there!" Mioko replies, before getting up from the table and leaving with a small wave.
"I'm sorry about all that.. Hiroki is a very heavy subject with us.. like I said, he's like a brother to me, and to Manami and Rina as well. We're each other's family and its painful when someone you love turns out to be a bad person..." she says with a sad look in her eyes.

Aki chuckles and says, "You're not the only one."
She stands up from the table and holds her hand out for Blank.
"Shall I show you around the rest of the Garden before we meet up with the girls?" she asks.

Aki grins, and links her arm in his. She leads him out of the cafeteria and starts pointing out different things about Trabia. She shows him where the classrooms are, the library, and the basketball court. She then takes him out to the quad.
"The quad here is much smaller than Balamb, but we have are garden festivals here, so it's got a nice, cozy feel," she explains, walking him around past a small stage and over the snow covered grass.

I used to love coming out here to read. I'd sit backstage while bands rehearsed and I'd read and listen to the music," Aki says with a happy smile.
She pulls him toward the stage and up the rusty side stars. She leads him through a thick, deep purple curtain and into a small, dark backstage area.
"Well they usually had lights on back here during rehearsals..." she says, noting the darkness.

Aki laughs and hugs Blank for a moment, then makes a step, her arm outstretched to find the light. Before she takes half a step, she walks straight into a ladder with a loud smack.
"Owww!!" she says, rubbing her head.

"Yeah I'm okay... are you?" Aki asks, feeling her way through the dark.
She blindly walks towards where she heard Blank fall, and promptly trips over some loose cables, falling with a thud on top of Blank. The wind is momentarily knocked out of her chest, then she lets out a small groan.
"Damn!! I'm sorry, are you alright?" she gasps, breathlessly trying to untangle her feet from the cords while still laying across Blank's chest.

Aki grins as Blank wraps his arms around her.
"Yeah.... I'm just... stuck. My feet are all tangled," she says, trying to wiggle her legs free.
