It's a double-edged sword; once they are made aware of the location, regardless of the means, they gain access to the location. Access equates membership. But you must specifically state that you are giving away the location; implication and innuendo are not enough. So sayeth, the FARGORE, at least as I understand his initial ruling on the whole Special Location concept. You could try to get the specifics changed, if you want to take it up with him. But as of now, that's how it stands.

(I think the lounge might be different. I don't think you're a member once you join. *points to approved member list* I think you just have the knowledge of the place but aren't a member of that place. We'll need to asked Master of Gladiators about this later on.))

Maybe we could designate it as a "Private Location", where members must vote in new members, but can bring guests in for tours and such... cool

But I like the fact that it is an area dedicated to people who actually overcame a large obstacle. I think it cheapens the value to the people who fought the dragon and made this place a reality by simply letting in people who didn't do anything. If the club and location aren't separate (which still needs to be discussed with Fargore) then I think we should at least take a vote from the existing members before letting other people in. As new memberships affect them as well.)) Edit. ((On the other hand there are requiters and a shop in there that I feel everyone should have access to. And I believe everyone should be able to get dragon scales even if they aren't in the club. I just think it cheapens the special nature of the club if just anyone can join by asking.))
