For instance. I bought Song Summoner for my Ipod. It's an RPG made by Square Enix where they make soldiers out of the songs you have on it. Downloaded it, and it doesn't really feel like I really own it. Especially for all the "Agreements" I had to click on...

Oh it is, much to my dismay, I did not get a Paranoid Android, or a kid with a gun, or a spell called "Black hole Sun." BUT it is awesome the way it is. it gives you one of I believe 6 classes. You could only uses them a certain amount of time however. I need to use a "rewind" item to keep them longer. to create them I got to see some dude that looks like James Brown in Sephiroth cosplay. It's hilarious.

I only heard this on my local news and couple of those "Entertainment minutes" on CNN. I haven't read anything on it. So take it with a grain of salt.
